Our beautifully furnished one bedroom apartment is conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Nashua's vibrant downtown is only 15 minute walk away, and there's a bus stop nearby. Balcony overlooks the fully fenced backyard with grape vines and fruit trees. Featuring a plush queen bed in the bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room, as well as a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer combo, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Second floor apartment, bedroom has a Queen size bed that’s very comfortable, the couch in the pictures folds out and turns into a (full size) sleeping area for 2 Adults comfortably.

Full Bathroom and we offer shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Towels (body and hand), face cloths, and toiletries are all supplied.

Living room and kitchen are open concept with a kitchen table (4 chairs). The kitchen is complete with all cookware, microwave, Keurig coffee makers and full size fridges.

Large fully fenced back yard, patio set outback with 6 chairs, and we also have a cornhole set up for guests to use.

Within walking distance to everything downtown, and with a little eatery within 100 yards of the place, the location is pretty good! The host was very attentive, upfront, and honest, yet still gave us plenty of privacy. We had a nice stay!

Loved Lei’s place. The friendliest neighbors and the nicest surroundings. Very safe area. Had a very great stay for our Salem adventure. Great restaurants near by the unit. We really enjoyed. Very responsive host!

I was here for a wedding, and the location was perfect. Had a kitchen so I was able to cook for myself when I was in. The one downside is it’s a duplex, so noise levels may vary depending on who is staying downstairs. Overall, would absolutely stay here again.

I had a wonderful time here! It was In the perfect location especially with the breakfast place around the corner. Place had everything we needed. I noticed there was two of ever cup only and there could be more for more guests. Other then that it was perfect.

We came to Nashua for a concert at the Nashua Center for the Arts. There are no hotels right in downtown so we went looking for an AirBNB and found this one that was 0.9 miles away from the Center. The unit we stayed in was on the second floor, there were 2 air conditioning units in the space that kept it nice and cool. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was nice, and the living room was roomy. It was perfect for our purposes. The price seemed a little steep for the area, to be honest, but with no hotels right in downtown it was a good option.

We lived in Nashua for over 10 years in the early 2000s. When we moved, we didn't move far, because we love Nashua. The ability to travel to Boston, seacoast, lakes and mountains all within an hour makes Nashua an ideal base for all types of travelers.
