My family and I have owned and managed vacation rentals since 2003. We own properties in the places we enjoy most including Newport Beach, CA, Laguna Beach, CA, Wailea Beach, Maui, and Mammoth Mountain, CA. I purchased this home because I love the beach, the water activities close by, and the small town feel of Balboa Village. I love to ride my bike on the beach path, and there are bikes available at the house for guests to use. Duffy boat rentals, SUP, kayaking, surfing and fishing are all easily accessible from this home. Restaurants, bars and shopping are an easy walk.
I have a local team in place to assist my guests. My colleagues from Crown Concierge Services will greet my guests upon arrival and will be available for any needs that may arise.
