This gorgeous cabin features everything that you could possibly want in a vacation rental! The awe-inspiring views from the back deck will leave you mesmerized while you sit outside drinking your morning cup of coffee or cooking out on the gas grill for that evening meal before setting down for the day. Take a dip in the hot tub with a glass of wine or spend the day at the community pool located just a few minutes from the cabin. Challenge family and friends in the game room or settle in for a great movie in the large home theater room. Cuddle up in front of the fire pit at night telling ghost stories and roasting marsh mellows or in front of the fireplace before settling into bed dreaming of the next day's great adventure!

Thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and the Grand View Cabin! Here is your check-in information:

-Check-in anytime after 4 pm, the door code is: 8294

Additional things to know:
- Driveway is very steep, so on rainy or snowy days, 4-wheel drive is suggested.
-We have a coffee maker - coffee not provided.
-The hot tub might not be completely "hot" when arriving at 4 pm, because we drain, clean and refill it and it takes several hours to reach a higher temperature.
-The nearest grocery store is Kroger in Pigeon Forge, about a 10 minutes drive.

Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil and trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them.

*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 4% credit card fee.

*Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All cancelation refunds are subject up to a 4% bank fee depending on the payment method. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission. *The driveway and parking area has camera surveillance that is pointing away from the cabin so that you have privacy during your stay.
