There are 3 independent units on this property. Shared spaces are the Summer Kitchen, BBQ area, Back and Front Yard, Fire Pit area and Front Deck.

A short walk to Grand Beach and local trails. Walking distance to local restaurants and business district.

This property is over 100 years old. Encouraging getting back to basics and leaving the stress of daily life behind and communicating with each other. There are no tv or WiFi on the property.

Only Registered Service Animals allowed. SA must be in owners care at all times.

Situated a 5 minute walk from Grand Beach Provincial Park that has beautiful white beach sand.

Getting around

Grand Beach is just a 5 minute walk to enjoy 3 km of white sand beach. Enjoy ice cream or food from a variety of beachside vendors. Hiking and biking trails, tennis courts, local restaurants with live bands on weekends.

Visit local shops and the boardwalk gift vendors. Don't forget to play a round of mini golf at Pete's Grand Putt! Try Lanky's Hot Dog challenge and win a shirt. Get all your Grand Beach Swag at Juan More Thing.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - 10PM

I will meet them in person for tour of property, ensure Rental Agreement is signed, confirm ID is for registered Guest and give a key.

Check Out: 12PM (noon)

No pets

Minimum age limit for renters: 18

Minimum age of 18 to rent. No third party bookings. Person who rents/pays must be present during reservation.

Maximum occupancy: 5

No more than 5 guests allowed, including infants. Top bunk has max 160 lbs.

House Rules

No smoking, vaping or Marijuana use allowed indoors. Abide by local noise bylaws, quiet time 11 pm to 7 am. Abide by local fire bylaws, no fires to be left unattended; no under age children to be left unattended with a fire. Observe all fire bans.

Payment Policy

Full deposit must be made at time of booking reservation. Full rental fees must be paid 10 days prior to reservation.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Deposit is stated to be collected at time of reservation. This will be refunded within 3 days of departure when no damages or additional fees have been incurred. The Houfy Platform has a conflict of information and gives the owner the option of collecting deposit at time of reservation, and then in this portion - it only gives option of 7 days before. House Rules are Refundable Damage Deposit is to be paid at time of Reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 30 days in advance will have full refund. Cancellations within 15-29 days of reservation will lose 50%. Cancellation 14 days or less lose full deposit.

Please purchase travel insurance to cover Cancellations of any kind.

Notes

Any bylaw violations or fines served for guest's behavior, misconduct or damages will be guests responsibility to pay. Any property damage requiring repairs will be deducted from damage deposit.
