Camps Bay is known as the safest suburb in the Western Cape.
It is a very up-market suburb - famous it's beach and restaurants.

The best option is Uber but there is also a bus stop a short walk away.

No noise is permitted that will inconvenience the neighbours.

No parties or functions. Guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately, in case of any parties, functions etc.

There will be a minimum charge of R900 if keys are not returned by 10am on the check out morning.

We require passport copies of all guests staying over. No other overnight guests permitted.

Quiet time from 22:00 - 8am

There will be an additional charge for shoots and music videos.

Fantastic weekend at this property, booked at short-notice upon arrival in Cape Town. Both Elize and Miracle couldn't do enough to help us, and we thoroughly enjoyed our day in the vineyards with Mo, booked also via Elize. Our only gripe was the excessive AirBnB fee on the booking. We felt comfortable and well looked after - if there was a next time however, we would go direct to the agency! Thanks for a memorable trip - a fantastic property and location!

We had a great time staying at this Camps Bay location. We stayed for a month and a bit, mostly to co-work and skip the winter in Europe. The house is great. Miracle is an amazingly hard-working guy and made the stay incredibly seamless - having him around was probably the best part of the stay. I will note that there is an ongoing construction next doors that guests should be aware of. It is also quite windy in Camps Bay and some of the outdoor cushions on the bench flew away while we were staying there - had Miracle not been able to recover them from the neighbors we would have had to replace them, so be cautious with what you leave outside.

Wir hatten traumhafte Tage in dem Haus und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und auf die Berge. Der Lions Head liegt ums Eck und zur Waterfront sind es mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten. Der Strand und die Restaurants in Camps Bay sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Das Haus hat viele Annehmlichkeiten (beheizter Pool, Kamin, usw.) es ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Durch die eingebaute PV-Anlage ist es zudem nicht von Stromausfällen betroffen. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden diese jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

This is a 5-star property no doubt. Exquisite views! You literally get Table Mountain and the Pacific Ocean within the same view. The sunsets and sunrises are out of a movie shot. Particularly if you have the view from the master bedroom or the front porch / deck. Beautiful property within short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars in camp’s bay. The beach proximity also means you get some of the strong ocean winds on the windier days (we caught 2-3days of this) but this is Cape Town, so it’s part of the charm. Lastly, the pool is a lap pool so not convenient for groups but you have the ocean nearby, and you can take turns with the pool.

House Rules

Thank you for your interest in booking our property. You have 4 hours to cancel your booking - should you change your mind. Just a gentle reminder of our terms and conditions: Check-in time: 14:00 and check-out is at 10:00. To guarantee an early arrival or late departure we charge 50% of the daily rate and then we block off the night before or after. If you prefer to take a chance and the property is available on the day for an early arrival or late departure we will be delighted to accommodate you. We require a refundable breakage deposit of R30 000, it will be paid a week before arrival via Airbnb. We require ID or passport copies of all guests staying over when making the booking. Additional tenants will be charged. There will be an extra cleaning fee of R900 if the property is not left in a reasonable condition of tidiness. No parties, photo shoots (films or stills) or functions are permitted. As the properties are situated in a residential complex, no noise is permitted which will inconvenience the neighbours. Airbnb will black list any guests who does not comply. No smoking inside. There will be a minimum charge from R1900.00 for any keys not returned by 10am on the check-out day or guests not vacating the property at check-out time. There is a pool on the property which does not have a pool net or pool cover. If parents are travelling with children, please be aware of this and note that this is your responsibility to monitor your children.
