From Seatac International Airport:
Head South on I-5 S
At Exit 104, take the ramp for US-101 North
Take the ramp and head toward Port Angeles/ Shelton
Arrive at US-101 N / N US Highway 101
Black gate opens with a manual push
Enter your key access code which will be sent to you 24-48 hours before check-in, on the side door of garage located to the left of the main entrance.

CHECK IN
Check in is any time after 4pm. Please message or communicate with us if you are ?going to arrive earlier as we may be able to accommodate you.

PARKING & EV CHARGING
When you arrive, there is a parking pad closest to the street (next to mailbox). Once you open the gate, there is ample parking on site including covered carport and garage with Level 2 charging station for Teslas.

We ask for 50% of payment at the time of booking (refundability subjected to cancelation policy); unless you stay "last minute" within 7 days, full payment will be due. What the Security Deposit Covers:

-Any damage to the property or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
-Replacement costs for any items that are missing from the property after your stay.
-Additional cleaning fees if the property is left excessively dirty.
-Any unpaid charges such as utility overages or additional services used during your stay.

Refund Policy:

The security deposit will be refunded within 3 days after your check-out date, provided there are no damages, missing items, extra cleaning required, or unpaid charges.

If any deductions are necessary, we will provide an itemized list of charges and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of the vacation rental business, we cannot accept cancellations occurring later than 30 days to arrival date. You will forfeit all sums paid unless we are able to re-rent the property, in which case we will refund an amount equal to any subsequent rental less $100 handling fee. If a cancellation occurs prior to 30 days to arrival, full refund will be issued less a $100 handling fee.
