Positive: The host is very responsive and communicated well. She was very kind to allow us to book and check in the very last minute. The apartment is very large and spacious What can be improved: The apartment is a lot older than the pictures make it seem. The building is aged and in need of renovation. The roof terrace has very aged falling apart furniture and could use renovation as well. The interior of the apartment is very dark and the furniture is quite old - it might be an issue of personal preference, but I found the style a little kitsch. The kitchen is quite old. We are cooks and would say that the kitchen is not that well equipped with old pans and appliances. There is nowhere to put drying dishes and no paper towels or dish cloths to dry them, so it was hard to keep the kitchen tidy.

This is a fantastic location! 3 minutes to the beach. The apartment was very clean and we loved the design. We had a few minor issues but the host responded immediately. The roof deck is 4 flights up. It’s comfortable and spacious. WiFi was not strong.

This is a very beautifully decorated suite, fully furnished and with a great kitchen. The shared roof top space was great for watching the sunrise and sunset. The private patio was great for hanging out with a drink.

I would highly recommend staying here. Communication was great. House was awesome, clean, neighborhood was safe, close to town. Really a perfect spot. No issues whatsoever. A+.
