Our area is quite popular and sell out quickly so reservations should be made well in advance to assure confirmation.

We loved the location one block from the beach and close to many great food options. We loved having the ability to cook on a full gas fired stove, and hang out on the roof top which was a few steps out the front door of the unit. The wifi was also very fast. It's a very comfortable and functional home.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Aqua 3 and would put it in our top 3 Airbnb stays. It has a nice partial view of the ocean, great rooftop patio, very comfortable bed and lots of closet space. The condo was very clean and functional, nothing was missing and true to the pictures and description in the listing (adequately equipped kitchen, beach and shower towels, wifi, etc). Florencia always responded quickly to our questions, whether it be via email, text or in person. We'd recommend dinner at her sister Constansza's restaurant Tanino's. The food and service were enjoyable and the atmosphere (with a great bossanova duo) was perfect. Also, the My Paradise Beach Club on the beach just in front was great for their ambiance, beach umbrella's and happy hour. We can't wait to come back!

The condo was clean, attractive and quiet. Condo Aqua is within view of the beach and easy walking distance of downtown. You can watch the sunrise over the beach from the balcony. Florencia was nice to meet and made sure we had the things we needed (e.g. bottled water, key to the safe, wifi code). We would definitely recommend Condo Aqua.

The place is as described, very well located and close to the beach. The kitchen is very basic and we couldn't even get a full set of extra sheets for our third guest. The air conditioner did not work on the two hottest days of our stay and the water pressure for the shower was awful. I believe that for this price in Puerto Morelos we could have found something better.

This review is actually for Condo Aqua 1. My husband and I stayed here for 8 days. The condo is in a perfect location! Less than a block to a quiet part of the beach and not a far walk from the main square, shops and restaurants. The condo has a full kitchen which was great for preparing some of our meals. The bed is comfortable, there is plenty of hot water, and the wifi works well. Florencia was a wonderful host who quickly responded to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed.

We liked both the flat and the location a lot. We did not like the fact that the agency imposed a number of booking conditions in addition to the AirBnB ones, but agent Susy took very good care of us and went out of her way to organise a travel cot for our son.
