Saturday and Sunday: closed
For the check in or check out on Saturday and Sunday we will give instructions apart.
Check-in is from 14:30 to 17:00, and check-out is from 10:00 to 11:00.

We kindly ask our guests to inform us of their approximate arrival time so that we can arrange for the apartment to be available as soon as possible.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible if the apartment is available, and the cost is an extra 30 euros.

Free services include
electricity, gas, water, heating (according to Italian law from October 22 to April 7, the average air temperature cannot exceed 19 degrees Celsius), final cleaning, first supply of bed linen, private parking on the property (not guarded), TV in all apartments, first supply of towels, Wi-Fi, fenced area for pets, book-crossing library, and toilet paper at the beginning of the stay. Hair dryers, microwaves, irons, and barbecues can be requested at the reception.

Additional services available for a fee include extra cleaning of the apartment (20 euro/hour depending on size), washing machine (4 euro per token), dryer (3 euro per token), towel change (3 euro/person/change), bed linen change (5 euro/person), additional bed (10 euro/day or 50 euro/week, please inform us upon booking), baby seat (15 euro/week or 3 euro/day, please inform us upon booking), and crib (25 euro/week or 5 euros/day, please inform us upon booking). Pets are allowed for a fee of 25 euro/week or 5 euro/day.

At the end of the stay, we ask our guests to leave the kitchen clean and to dispose of the garbage in the designated area.
Please note that the pool, bar, and restaurant on our property are permanently closed. Air conditioning is not presented.
