House Rules and fees for violating the rules:
If one or more house rules are violated. You will receive instructions to not violate the house rules again. If the instructions are not immediately complied the reservation will be cancelled with no refund and you will have less than 2 hours to leave the accommodation
All our apartments and rooms are non-smoking areas. A Minimum fee DKK. 1500,- will be charged if, despite Danish legislation and warnings, you still smoke indoors. It is also not allowed to smoke out through the windows, door openings and entrances. This also applies to e-cigarettes
Complains from other tenants and guests - Minimum fee DKK. 1500,-
Damage on inventory - Minimum fee of DKK. 2000,-
o not stuff the toilets, sinks or other that can cause clogging of the drains. If you clogg the drains you will be charged a minimum fee of DKK. 10.000,-
No Guest after 22.00 without payment in front. Violation of this rules will cost you DKK. 500,- per person.
If you have not checked out at 11.00 you will be charged DKK. 500,-
Lack of tidied up the apartment or room - Minimum fee of DKK. 500,-
Leaving dirty cutlaries, plates, glasses etc. when checking out - Minimum fee of DKK. 500,-
Not leaving the key(s) back in lockbox(es) when you check-out - Minimum fee of DKK. 500,-
Misplaced or lost key(s) - Fee per key DKK. 500,-
You have full responsibility for the actions of your guests. Rules of payment terms applies to all your guests. We expect that you respect our house rules and treat our accommodations with care, and we wish you a pleasant stay.
All of our rooms and apartments are party free zones a violation of this rule will cost you a minimum fee of DKK. 1500,-
