There's free street parking but have to read the street cleaning signs before parking. Street cleaning is on Wednesdays on one side and Fridays the opposite side.

Guests will enter a code to gain access to the lobby. The code is #4628
Walk down the short hallway, and the elevator is on the left hand side.
Take the elevator to 5th floor, turn left to find the apartment, and the lockbox is on the doorknob. The code to the lockbox is 5208.

Payment Policy

Refundable Damage Deposit

I haven't charged anyone for damage yet and probably won't ever. This acts as a deposit for me. I will refund the deposit two days after checkout.

Cancellation Policy

I understand things change and life could get out of hand. Please let me know if your travel plan changes.
Cancellation 1 month prior to arrival day 100% refund.
Cancellation 2 weeks prior to arrival day gets 50% refund.
Cancellation 1 week prior to arrival day gets 25% refund.
Cancellation within a week prior to arrival day gets 10% refund.
