Cozy up to Beary Cozy. Nestled in the mountains of the Smoky Mountains. This Pigeon Forge cabin welcomes you with coziness the minute you drive up. It has a stone front that makes it even more inviting by adding warmth to the setting. You will be struck by the coziness of the great room with the wood burning fireplace. You will want to spend hours on the deck watching all of the wonder that mountain living has to offer and you will never want to leave! Make us your next vacation destination!
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a feast. There is a grill on the deck if you prefer to cook outdoors. The dining room has ample seating for every guest. This cabin sports 3 bedrooms each with a king bed and a private bath. If you are visiting with friends you will have ample, opportunity for privacy and there are multiple decks for wildlife viewing or simply spending some time with your nose in your favorite book. Would you possibly be interested in a game of foosball, video arcade, or perhaps a soak in the hot tub after a great day exploring the area?

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

Good afternoon and thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and staying at our property! Here is your check-in information for your arrival: -Check-in any time after 4 pm, the door code is 1083, and check out is at 10:00 AM on the day that your stay ends. -The address is 4349 Parkside Village Drive, Sevierville TN US -Free Wi-Fi is also provided during your stay: -Wi-Fi name: NETGEAR43 -password: jollynest710 Please note: You can scan the QR Code on side of modem for instant connection ***We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil or trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. If you need anything during your stay, please feel free to email Diana, through your booking site or text/call Misty or Alyssa at (865) 279-5295 between the hours of 8am-9pm. All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items. Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 3% credit card fee.

*NO PETS ALLOW! *Hot tubs takes a few hours to heat up after they have been cleaned in case the water is not hot when you check in. * All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 3% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not. *We cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. *All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
