One bedroom condo is located on Pensacola Beach in Tristan Towers. (Second bedroom is not accessible due to storage use.) Has an incredible view of both the Gulf of Mexico and Pensacola Bay (wrap around balcony). Located on bay side, short walk across street allows for easy access to white sand beach and Gulf waters. Property has tennis courts, swimming pool, and pier. Numerous shops, restaurants, and family activities are nearby. Free trolley service available from May 23 to Labor Day.

Hi! I am a retired educator who lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In my spare time, I enjoy shopping and watching comedy and mystery programs. I, also, enjoy spending time with my grandchildren who are very energetic. One of my destinations is Pensacola Beach, Florida. The beaches are beautiful, and there are always plenty of activities for everyone in the family to enjoy!

All guests who book must be at least 25 years old. No smoking. No pets. No parties or events.
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM

Payment Policy

50% of the total reservation payment is needed to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% must be received no later than 14 days prior to the reservation start date . If the second payment is not received by the deadline of 14 days prior to the start date, the reservation will be cancelled and the initial payment will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds will be provided for cancellations which occur less than 30 days prior to the reservation start date.
