This immaculate condo offers you the perfect place to stay for your beach vacation or workcation. The perfect 6th floor location has a spacious living area, updated décor and plenty of room for six guests.

Watch the amazing sunsets, read a book, or just relax on your spacious, PRIVATE BALCONY.

Fully equipped kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances, eat at bar and a dining table – plenty of room for the entire family.

Flat screen smart TVs in Family room and bedrooms, with cable television and free WIFI.

A full size washer and dryer are also in the condo.

Large master suite with King bed and large ensuite bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom has a beautiful full bed.

The living area has a Sofa Sleeper

Quick distance to shopping, dining and entertainment at Pier Park. From this condo you are within steps of everything you could ever want at the beach!

St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island, Frank Brown Park, Shipwreck Island water park, WonderWorks, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Gulf World and many more.

PLEASE NOTE:
Majestic Beach Resort has 24 hour on site security.

25-year-old renter minimum. Renter must occupy unit. Age verification/ID required. Smoke free and Vape free unit. No pets.

Fire code does not allow grilling on balcony but a separate “on site” grilling area is available.

Renters are responsible for soap and paper products during their stay. Initial supplies provided.

From the beginning of booking this condo the communication with Vanessa and David has been great. Prior to arriving the contact Melinda who is local to PCB was in touch and had great communication as well and made sure the room was very clean. She also made sure we had our arm bands so we could at least come on property before our check in time. Communication is key to me on a lot of things and this made me feel at ease and also know that i would be willing to come back to their condo.

We had the best time. We loved the location so much. The condo is exactly what you see online which is nice. The host was extremely easy to reach. And Melinda was sooooo nice to have if needed. She was easy to talk to and right there if you needed anything!! We will definitely stay here again!!

With amazing views, this property was everything you had imagined. Having homeowners allowed me to arrive a little early. The correspondence was excellent. The condo was really well-maintained and clean. All of my friends and family would hear me out when it comes to this location. Make another reservation for a later visit.

Great beachfront location
This condo is conveniently located near many restaurants and other activities in the PCB area. The condo unit was clean and well maintained, and the owners were proactive in communication. Our kids enjoyed the variety of things to do in the resort, including the swimming pools, hot tubs, restaurant, and theater. The parking is fairly convenient for this area of the city, there was always plenty of parking available, and it was just a short walk across the skywalk to the condo. The check in process was seamless, in our experience.

PCB fun at beach!
The condo was perfect! Fit our family of 4 well, with 2 kids sharing the bedroom. The applicances worked perfectly and they supplied a ninja.. which was a huge bonus we weren't expecting! The location of the condo was, a little noisy with pineapple willy's down 1 block, but otherwise it is in nice location to some shopping and ice cream! There is one parking attendant who is a bit of a blow hard, but otherwise, the rest of the staff at the condo were friendly and remembered us each time we passed by (that is such a nice touch). Owner was extremely nice whenever I asked questions, as was the person who cleaned the condo! We enjoyed our stay 100%! South Bend, IN

Wonderful condo!
We had so much fun staying at Majestic Beach Resort. Loved waking up every morning and watching the ocean from the patio and watching the sunset in the evening. Great location to everything easy access to the beach. David and Dallas were great to work with as well. Definitely recommend staying here.
