Completely renovated condo within walking distance of downtown! Every detail was considered, including new flooring, doors, bathrooms, and a gas fireplace. The kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and quartz countertops.

This 1,300 sq ft. condo includes a Primary bedroom with a king-size bed, a completely updated walk-in shower, and a new stone surround vanity. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and they both have comfortable Sealy Posturepedic mattresses with feather and filled pillows for your preference. Plus, the living room has a queen-size Murphy bed for additional guests.

This privately owned unit at The Village in Leavenworth shares the resort grounds with Worldmark by Wyndham Park Village and includes Access to the resorts two pools, three hot tubs, tennis courts, and playground structure.

Nearby activities include golf, fishing, beautiful hiking trails, picnics, and rafting on the Wenatchee River. Cross-country skiing and sledding are 10 minutes away at Enchantment Park. Downhill skiing and snowboarding are 30 minutes away from Stevens Pass and 45 minutes to Mission Ridge.

Park in unit #603 covered carport. You may park two vehicles in tandem or uncovered parking spaces across from the condominiums.

The resort has two pools and three hot tubs. Two of the hot tubs are open year-round. The tennis court is very close to our condo. There is also a pickleball court on the property.

My husband Norm and I love Leavenworth. It is one of our favorite places to visit. We purchased this condo in July 2021. We feel so blessed to have purchased such a wonderful condo in a beautiful setting. We have three grown children and have added a fantastic daughter and son-in-law to our family. Norm is retired, but I'm still working full-time as the Executive Director for the Big Bend Community College Foundation. Besides managing these two short-term rentals, we also manage some commercial real estate in Moses Lake.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m., and checkout time is 11:00 a.m. unless other arrangements have been made. The front door code is the last four of your phone number. You hit the Yale at the top of the lock and enter your code and the checkmark. When you leave the condo make sure you hit the Yale button to lock the door. Or the condo remains unlocked.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they will not receive a refund.
