Recent 10/10 Review: What a place! It was a fantastic property with great ambiance. Its close enough to Dollywood to hear the steam engine echo off the mountains and see the fireworks through the trees. The deck views are amazing, and we would stay again in a heartbeat.

A complimentary starter pack pack of dish soap, dish tabs, bar soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent, trash bags, and paper products provided (toilet paper, paper towels) is provided. Nearby stores offer everything you need for an extended escape.

If you discover an issue, we will address in a timely way. Sometimes a detail gets overlooked or a problem arises (this is a house after all, and things do break). • Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit government-issued ID to confirm age within 24 hours of making reservation (obscure your ID#)
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation
• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed)
• Credit card must be in Booking Guests name
In other words, ALL these must be in the SAME NAME.

We do not offer refunds covering traveler illness, missed flights, changed plans, or other traveler-related issues. This is why we strongly recommend third-party trip insurance that will cover your trip.
