This 2BR/2B condo is perfect whether you are looking for a relaxing vacation on the beach or want to play at Myrtle Beaches well known golf courses! With a prime location in a beachfront complex, this unit is ideal for families or golfers! The community offers an outdoor pool, charcoal grills, picnic tables and private beach entrance. Enjoy the bright coastal interior, 3 flat screen, Smart TV's, open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with seating. There is a queen sized pull out sofa in the living room to accommodate up to 6 guests at a time! Bringing the kids? You can leave the pack and play, high chair and car seat at home, we got you covered! The unit includes 2 window units that will keep you cool in the summer or warm in the winter! Stairs are required for access for this top, 3rd floor unit.

We are across the street from Flip Flops Bar & Grille, less than a 2 minute walk to Ocean Annie's and about a mile away from the famous Apache Pier. Located close to The Track - Myrtle Beach, Tanger Outlets, Walmart, Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show and Barefoot Landing! “Fabulous location and love the balcony”

The condo was perfect for a nice beach vacation. The location is wonderful and the beach, pool and balcony are perfect! The condo is perfect with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen. It was perfectly stocked and they even had beach chairs for us with some other beach related things. It was very clean and tidy and looks exactly like the pictures. The balcony was really nice and had sun on it all day which was nice to stay warm in October.

“Wonderful place to stay, amazing location ”

The location of this place is great. The owners are very nice. We stayed during the tropical storm and our air conditioner wasn’t working but the owner did everything she could to get it fixed. The rooms were all very nice too. I will definitely stay there again.

“Beautiful condo ”

This condo is adorable . I loved the beach decor and all the extras the owners provide. If it rains there are plenty of games and dvds to keep you entertained. Prime location and steps from the ocean. We had a great week and will be a returning customer. Thanks for having us .

“Great place ”

We stayed rhe week of June 16th, first day there the ac wasn't working right. I messaged the owner, the last tenant had let her know so she already had a new replacement scheduled for the next day. The unit has amazing views, right across the street is the straw market with flip flops restaurant, shore drive creamery, and other stores. We sat and listened to the band playing at flip flops a few nights. Restautant row about a mile away. Best part is the beach is right out the door. The only drawback I had was the pool area ud a little small and it was packed every day. Besides that we would definitely stay again.

“Second year and it was even more amazing!”

The location is perfect as it’s right in the middle of everything! The owners are awesome and the communication is 100%. The unit is very clean and family friendly with so many extra amenities for the beach and Inside the condo as well! “A cozy condo with a beautiful view! ”

We loved everything about our stay from our condo to the location. we enjoyed walking on the Apache Pier and searching for sea shells by the inlet. Both of which are very close to the condo. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. We’ll definitely be back!

“After Dune Delight was a Delight!”

My friends and I were down for a 5 day vacation to golf and see friends who live in the area. Our friends live right around the corner from here so it was great to find this location and be able to walk to and from when needed. The condo was fine for what we need, which was mostly to sleep and shower. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking but it was fully stocked with everything you would need including coffee and a coffee maker. The furniture was comfy as well as the beds. We had no noise problems during our stay. The view was better from the front door balcony than the rear but all around it was a great stay and very close to the beach. The only issues I had were the cleaners where still there after 4pm, which is check-in time, cleaning. We really wanted an early check-in as our flight landed early but had to wait. The owner did apologize and offered to buy us coffee/snacks from the store across the street, which we declined. The offer was was nice though. Besides the check-in issue the bathroom off the larger bedroom is quite small. Will definitely rent again here when we visit Myrtle.

“Terrific Beach Getaway ”

My family and I absolutely love the location of this condo. We have stayed at other units in this same complex before but After Dune Delight was by far the best. This condo had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. I absolutely loved all of the beautiful and unique beach themed decor throughout this wonderful condo! We are already looking forward to planning another trip. Owners were very friendly and easily accessible for any questions I had.

Arrival and Check-in: Check-in is 4 PM local time on your scheduled arrival date. Check-in before 4 PM is not guaranteed. Once we receive full payment and a signed rental agreement, we will send you detailed check-in instructions.

House Rules

Damages: The Guest will be responsible for all damage or breakage and/or loss to the premises, except normal wear and tear which may result from occupancy. The Homeowner or Homeowner's representative will define normal wear and tear. The entire building and all grounds will be left in the same good and habitable condition in which it was found upon arrival.

Maintenance / Repairs: Even the best or newest equipment occasionally malfunctions and cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time. We have an excellent maintenance team who corrects problems as soon as possible. Authorized personnel may enter the premises during business hours for purposes connected with repairs, care, or maintenance of the premises. Expect lawn care personnel on property once a week.

Community Rules: You agree to abide by all rules governing the community where the property is located. The rules are posted inside the property. These rules are subject to change at any time.

Trash: Garbage is to be secured in plastic bags. No garbage is to be left in the condo when the Guest departs at the end of the rental period. Please empty your trash daily in the dumpster provided on the property!

Parking: Parking is limited to 1 car. You must park in designated parking areas only. You will be mailed a parking pass before your reservation.

No Pets: Our community does not allow pets. This is not a decision made by us, this is a rule set by the Homeowners/Condominium Associations. If a pet is found on the property during your stay, we have a right to ask you to vacate the property immediately with no refund of any kind. Upon departure, if the cleaning company detects any evidence of a pet, you will forfeit your deposit and additional fees may apply.

Bugs & Pests: The weather and location of South Carolina does occasionally attract bugs of various types. Our HOA takes active steps in keeping this to a minimum, however, you may see an occasional insect. Guests acknowledge that in a beach area there will be bugs - different kinds of bugs at different seasons. This is mostly limited to an occasional Palmetto Bug (roach) but for the most part no bugs are generally seen! In order to prevent problems, our HOA has contracted for monthly in unit pest control. If the monthly service falls on a day that you are visiting, please allow pest control to enter the premises. This spray is harmless to humans and treatment takes only a few minutes and is necessary to prevent a potential infestation of our homes. Failure to allow access of pest control will result in a charge of 50.00 deducted from your security deposit. This is very important to our HOA community and is treated as such!

Criminal Activity: You agree to not engage in any criminal conduct on the property, including but not limited to the following: usage of illegal drugs, committing a felony, violating any law or ordinance, disturbing the peace, engaging in conduct for unlawful purposes. We are not liable for any damage or injury you cause to yourself or a 3rd party while engaging in criminal activity.

Indemnification: We shall not be liable for any damage or injury suffered by you, your family, guests, invitees, agents or employees or to any person entering the property. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from any and all claims or assertions of every kind and nature.

Payment Policy

A deposit of $300.00 is due immediately along with this signed agreement to hold the requested rental dates and to consider the rental confirmed. The advance payment will be applied towards the rent and is not a damage deposit. The balance is due 30 days before check-in. Reservations made less than 30 days prior to arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 45 days prior to your arrival will receive a total refund of any advance payments less a $300 cancellation fee (your reservation deposit)
Cancellations made within 45 days of the check-in date will receive no refund and you will forfeit any money paid in advance.

Notes

Conditions Beyond Our Control: We are not liable for events beyond our control which interfere with your scheduled occupancy, including, but not limited to: acts of God, acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes, war, tornado, hurricanes, tropical storms, ice storm, severe weather, inclement weather, family emergencies, work obligations, loss of electricity, or loss of water. There will be no refund in these circumstances. We recommend you purchase travel insurance prior to arrival.

Covid Policy: As of March 31, COVID-19 is a foreseen event and therefore limitations are applicable for cancellation. If the State of South Carolina goes into a mandatory shutdown, monies will be credited back to you or refunded. Otherwise, the guest assumes all financial responsibility of the reservation and cancellations will be subject to the normal cancellation policy. If you are concerned about this, please consider purchasing the optional cancellation insurance!
