Here are a couple of notes in regard to your reservation:

1. Check-in is at 4:00 pm or later and check out is at 10:00 am on the date of your departure.

2. The door has an automatic lock, and the door code is 5295. You can lock it whenever you leave by pressing the lock icon to lock it.

Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil and trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them.

*** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up.

Weekends and after 5pm: Call Alyssa or Vilma at (865) 279-5295 (Please note texting is not available at this number on weekends or after 5pm). All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day.
For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items.
