Spacious flat with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room and large balcony located in the historic centre of the city from where you can get to know Puerto de la Cruz and the rest of the island in total comfort.
All services nearby: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport, taxis, beaches, Lago Martiánez, etc.
This spacious flat of 95 square metres distributed in two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and balcony, is located in one of the most historic streets of Puerto de la Cruz, just a few metres from the historic fishing dock, the Real Casa de la Aduana and the Cofradía de Pescadores (fishermens guild).
Fifty metres away you can find paid parking in the Plaza de Europa and about a hundred metres away there is a large area of free public parking next to the Muelle Pesquero.
The nerve centre of Puerto de la Cruz, La Plaza del Charco and its surroundings, where you will find a great variety of bars, restaurants and shops, is only 50 metres from the flat, as well as the Barrio de la Ranilla, the old fishing quarter where you can find the best restaurants in the city in Calle Mequinez as well as in Calle San Felipe and its perpendiculars.
Also just 100 metres away you will find the iconic San Telmo beach from where you can reach the great work of César Manrique, the Lago Martiánez swimming pool complex and the whole area of Martiánez with its beach of the same name in just a few minutes walk.
Turning in the opposite direction, just 500 metres walk from the house you will find Playa Jardín and the bus station.
