We want you to bring all your family members-which include pets! However, we also have guests without pets stay and therefore need to spend extra time cleaning after pets to make sure all our guests are happy. Dogs are great. Other pets please inquire for pre-approval. We may have to change a detail or two to accommodate other pets.

We had a great time. The location is ideal, private and quiet, short drive to great beaches. Cabin was clean and well stocked with essentials. The screened canopy was a great touch for enjoying a meal outdoors. Everything we were looking for in a getaway to this area.

Lovely little stay at this cottage; helped to have everything we needed. Judith even put aside an old towel for my dog Grape to help wipe her down after the rain.

I was here with my daughter and dog and it was great for a dog, good places to walk her and ample area around the cottage. The area is very remote, woodsy but there is a beach that is nice and not too far to walk to but not much else. I was very comfortable here and Judith was quick to respond to any questions

Our stay was great. Perfect location for our trip. 30 minutes to Charlottetown, and 30 minutes to Rod Crowbush golf course. There is also a beach close by, which we found out from Judith’s binder with places to go within! Overall, perfect stay.

Great cottage feel! kitchen had everything we needed. BBQ was great Plenty of coffee 😁 Bathroom had great water pressure and towels! toiletries were provided. only issue with the bathroom was the door doesn't latch. Bedrooms had comfortable beds and pillows, plenty of bedding. Cottage location was perfect for what I was looking for, private and surrounded by nature. Saw a rabbit and fox from the window! Boardgames were great for evening entertainment! Best part our furry family member (dog) was able to come along! Would return! Hostess was very responsive and accommodating!

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

Should you need to check in early or late, we will do our best to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee. Check-in time is flexible as it is self check in. However in the event guests need additional assistance beyond midnight, we will do our best to respond as we do not have 24 hour on call staff. Please reach out prior and we will make arrangements.

Extra guests (up to 2) can be accommodated by request (e.g.3 children in 1 bed or air mattress)

House Rules

Just keep in mind that it is a cottage on the border of a national park, respect the environment and the cottage. If a fire burn is in place, that means no camp fires, no throwing cigarette butts or other flammables. No smoking in cottage including vaping. No parties. Extra guests visiting during day is allowed up to 4, otherwise approval is required. Maximum guests overnight is number on booking (safety and insurance purposes).

Payment Policy

Full payment due 2 days prior to arrival. 50% deposit required at time of booking.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit is held until day after check-out to allow for cleaner to clean and check property. s are We only keep deposit to pay for repairs beyond reasonable wear and tear to the rental unit and will communicate beforehand. We work with the guest to come up with a solution.

Cancellation Policy

Guests must cancel at least 90 days before check-in for a full refund. Guests pay 100% of the reservation for cancellations with less than 90 days notice. A $100 fee is deducted for administration costs.
100% refund when cancelled within 48 hours of booking if made more than 30 days in advance.
We recommend guests purchase travel insurance.

Notes

Should the cancelled booking dates be booked or partially rebooked, we will refund guests for those days less $200 fee when the booking date has been completed.
