Pool Heating Option:
Heat the pool to a cozy 80-85°F for just $75/day, covering gas expenses only—we make no profit! Please note: the pool must be heated for the entire duration of your stay. Request pool heating at least 2-3 days before check-in. Payment is required before check-in, as we cannot start heating until payment is received.

Our home is nestled in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Noise monitoring devices and security systems installed to ensure our own compliance with local laws and ordinances. We appreciate you doing your piece to help us keep the peace within our community!

Free carport, driveway and street parking. Please ensure to only park in front of the Airbnb if you choose the street.

Lyft, Uber, electric scooters, etc can be used in this area for quick transportation to and from your centrally located Airbnb location.

Security Features:
For your peace of mind, our property is equipped with exterior security cameras: one on the doorbell facing the driveway, one in the carport facing the driveway. These cameras temporarily record movement to protect the property and your peace of mind.

Pool & Outdoor Space Rules:
• Please observe quiet hours after 10 PM, or move gatherings inside.
• Pool heating is available for $75/day. A separate bill will be sent for this service.
• No food or glass near the pool.
• No diving—pool depth: 6ft at the deep end, 3.5ft at the shallow end, and 10-14 inches on the Baja shelf.
• Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard is on duty, and guests assume all responsibility when using the pool.
• Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. The pool does not have a safety fence.
• The deck is slippery when wet; please avoid running.
• A $500/day charge applies if pool equipment is tampered with without permission.
