The house has two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, a perfect coffee room, a large backyard AND 7 bedrooms with with 13 queen size beds, 1 king size and 1 twin bed.

You will be immersed in history when you live in this 1910 home - while enjoying modern amenities, you will have all the charm of old Louisville.
First Floor:

Unique home with lots of sleeping accommodations. Host is quick with response. Overall price was good for the space but cleaning cost is exuberant for the level of cleanliness. One bed was completely in habitable.

Everything was fine but the beds weren’t fully made and the #/size of beds listed in the description wasn’t accurate. However the assistant was very quick to help resolve the issue by bringing me an extra mattress. Overall it was a nice place and worked out well for our group.

We rented out this beautiful Air BnB to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday with our closest friends. Needed a place where we could all gather together, enjoy meals in a comfortable setting, sleep several of us under one roof, and have easy access to activities. This place delivered and so much more. The hosts were very communicative throughout the process. Quick to respond and always answered my questions. They were even able to accommodate a late check out, extending it by one hour. We highly recommend this beautiful Air BnB, and would rent again.

Second time I booked this home for our business trip and really appreciate the large comfortable vintage home. We had a group of 7 people and it’s easy to make yourself at home. Location is 10 mins from downtown and there are great restaurants nearby as well. Jack is a great host and proactively checking in to make sure our visit went well. Will continue to make this our home away from home every year when we attend this annual trade show.

Our stay was just what we expected. Plenty of room for 15 of us to sleep. Plenty of parking and easy in and out of the house. It’s in a very cute neighborhood and walkable to lots of restaurants and bars

12 of us came together for a bourbon trail experience and Churchill Downs. The house was just what we needed! Everyone had enough privacy and enough space for their own privacy and to hang out. We never felt too crowded. Great restaurants walkable from the house. The owners were friendly and responded quickly to all of our questions. Awesome experience all around!
