Mt. Baker Rim Cabin #77 - The Mountain View Delight
Your family will have a wonderful time capturing sunrises and sunsets at the Mountain View Delight! This 3-story, 3-bedroom cabin with 3-full baths offers some of the best territorial views that our area has to offer! Upon entering the property at ground level, you’ll discover a covered outdoor area with a gas grill. Once inside, you’ll discover a game/bonus room with a kitchenette, a foosball table, assorted board games, books, and puzzles, and 1-full bath. Ascending the staircase to the second (main) floor reveals an open concept kitchen, dining, and great room area with hardwood floors and a covered front balcony with a southerly exposure on which to relax and unwind while enjoying your favorite beverage, and taking in the majestic views! The great room area features a comfy couch and love seat, a gas fireplace for cozying up to, and a flat screen monitor for entertainment. The dining area features a table and seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen features a full-size refrigerator/freezer, range/oven, a dishwasher, and a built-in microwave oven. A side door leads to a large deck with built-in seating, which is perfect for relaxation…morning, noon, and night. There’s also one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, 1-full bath off of the hallway, a master bedroom with 1-king sized bed, plenty of closet space, and 1-full bath ensuite. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a large open loft bedroom with 1-king sized bed and a window for, well…taking in those magnificent mountain views! Don’t forget Fido, this pet-friendly, WIFI equipped, Hot Tub and EV Charger family vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Please note that the garage is inaccessible to Guests.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

PLEASE NOTE: WIFI service is now available to our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.

FROM SEATTLE (WA): Take Interstate-5 (North) to Bellingham Exit #255 (Sunset Drive/Mt. Baker Highway I-542). Turn right at the end of the off ramp, and proceed (East) directly to our offices in the town of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time 2-hours.

FROM VANCOUVER, B.C (Canada): Take Highway 99 (South) to the Peace Arch Crossing at the Canada / USA border exchange, then take Interstate-5 (South) to Bellingham Exit #255 (Sunset Drive/Mt. Baker Highway I-542). Turn left at the end of the off ramp and proceed (East) directly to our offices in the town of Maple Falls. Approximate driving time 1.5-hours.

All guests must stop at our office in Maple Falls. Here they will receive keys as well as location information.

Minimum age limit for renters: 21

Renters must be at least 23 years of age. Identification required at check in.

Maximum occupancy: 6

ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy, no exceptions.

House Rules

1: Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time.
2: Quite times are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
3: Housekeeping/maid services are not available during your stay.
4: Upon departure we require Guests to start the dishwasher.
5: Early check-in is not allowed
6: All properties are non-smoking

Payment Policy

Sorry, we are unable to accept cash or checks, credit cards only.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A Damage Deposit is not required; however, damages will be charged to the Guests credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is received a minimum of 21-days or greater prior to our guest(s) scheduled date of arrival, Mt. Baker Lodging will gladly refund your Advance Reservation Payment less a cancellation fee of sixty-five dollars ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater); 20 thru 15 days forfeits the Advance Reservation Payment*; 14 days or less forfeits the entire rental amount*.

*Unless the vacation property can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of sixty-five dollar ($65.00) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply.

Winter Holiday Bookings and Cancellations – All bookings for the period of December 15 – January 2 require payment in full by December 1st. If cancelled on or prior to November 15th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be refunded minus the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater). From November 16th through November 30th, the Advance Reservation Payment will be forfeited unless the home(s) can be re-rented, in which case only the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply. On or after December 1st, guests will forfeit the entire rental amount unless the home(s) can be re-booked, in which case only the cancellation fee of $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) or 8% (which ever amount is greater) will apply.
