I especially enjoy visiting Latin America where I am able to practice and develop my Spanish speaking skills. Eventually I hope to see the world. My desire to experience new cultures & foods has given me some insight on how important having a fun, clean and affordable place to stay is. I have a co-host and our goal as Airbnb hosts is to make people feel comfortable and welcomed so that they can focus on immersing & experiencing all that Milwaukee has to offer. The location is ideal if you are relying on local transportation or driving yourself. Downtown is a few miles or a mere 10-15 minute drive. An Uber ride to all Downtown major sites and event centers is available. The home is also located within walking distance of public transit depots. Milwaukee International Airport MKE and Amtrak Station are 9-11 minutes by car.
Up to 2 cars may park in the garage. For those with more than 2 vehicles, we have ample street parking in front of the house. Milwaukee has night parking restrictions. You will need to register your car with the city. Search of "Milwaukee night parking" or call 414-286-8300 for more information.

2 Car Garage and additional parking is available on the street, however you will need a permit to park on the street overnight. To obtain a permit call 414-286-8300 or search ‘Milwaukee Night Parking’ online.
The 2 car garage is located in the alleyway. A 3rd car can park on the ramp into the garage. Please be careful entering and exiting to not block neighbor's drive.
Keypad code for garage access door from patio; use code 2513 & press lock button to activate code.
For checkout:
•wash, dry and put away dishes; clean /wipe down appliances you used including microwave, coffee makers and ranges.
•take all food & beverages with you.
•place used towels in hampers provided
•place all trash in trash bags provided and remove from house - dumpers in alleyway. Green dumpster for trash, Blue dumpsters for recyclables. Recyclables (glass, plastic, aluminum and paper) should be loose, not bagged. Extra trash bags are located under the kitchen sinks.
•wipe up any spills or messes, kitchen towels provided and cleaning supplies are located under kitchen sinks
•close & lock all exterior doors. Do not lock interior doors when departing.

50% due at booking, 100% due 10 days before arrival
Refundable Damage Deposit
We refund the deposit in full when the house is found in the same clean and tidy condition as when guests check in. A list of check out instructions will be attached. Evidence of cigarette smoking, animals, parties or property damage will result in complete loss of deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Strict cancel policy. 50% refundable with 30 days notice. No refund within 30 days of arrival.
