**Due to severe allergies, no pets are allowed. If you bring a pet, you will be asked to leave and will be charged $200 for extra cleaning

This is a fully permitted, legal Airbnb. This house is 100% inspected and safe. Max guests are 9 including ages 0-2. This is the perfect family friendly property to make your home away from home!

Enjoy the raspberries in the fenced backyard, or pick an apple, pear or blueberries off the trees in the front yard during summer and fall months. Sit on the big front porch and relax with a drink and watch the world go by.

This house has an open floor plan and lots of space for an extended family or friends vacation. Child friendly toy room plus great backyard space with fire pit, play structure and other toys.

This property has all the baby/toddler things you’ll need to make your travels easier. Hiking carrier, umbrella stroller, potty seat, high chair, full size crib plus a pack n play!

The downstairs den is equipped with a piano, pullout sofa bed and smart TV. There is also a full bath on the main floor.

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms. The master with a king bed and fireplace. Two bedrooms with queens and the 4th bedrooms has 2 twins. There are 2 full bathrooms upstairs.

There are 4 desks in 3 bedrooms for those remote workers.

Enjoy the central air conditioner in the warm summer months.

Cook whatever your heart desires in this large, exceptionally well stocked kitchen, or skip the cooking and visit one of the many local restaurants or food carts within walking distance.

Play a game of kick ball at the park next door, or shoot some hoops on the basketball court whilst the kids play on the playground.

This is the perfect home away from home for your vacation.

All early check-ins need to be pre-authorized. Please do NOT just turn up early.

I also have a bouncy seat for smaller babies and a hiking backpack carrier for use.

Guests will have access to the entire 2700 sq ft house and yard. The master closet will be locked as it is stocked with supplies as will the garage. Otherwise, everything else is accessible.

Located in the Foster-Powell neighborhood. Quiet, yet many local bars, restaurants and food carts within walking distance. Grocery store 0.7 miles away. Everything you could need within a short distance. Trader Joe’s about 1.5 miles away.

The house is directly opposite a neighborhood park with basketball court and playground.

Also, not far from Woodstock neighborhood with New Seasons, Safeway.

Bus lines very close to get you downtown easily. Max light rail also not far - about 1 mile.

This is a fully permitted rental. Portland requires a LU permit for 3 bedrooms or more. Many others are not permitted and guests risk being cancelled if the city finds out.

Th permits requires I get all guests names, an address and license plate number for all guests.

Close to bus (2 blocks) and MAX light rail 2 miles. Uber and Lyft also great options.

Guests get access to the entire house. This is a fully compliant, permitted house. Approved by the City of Portland and inspected for safety. I do need names and ages of all guests, license plate of vehicles and an address to abide by city STR rules.

The management fee is for insurance. It goes directly to the insurance company, due to AirCover not covering damages appropriately
