︎ No wild parties with excessive drinking.
︎ No smoking in the house.
︎ No vaping use of marijuana or use of other controlled/illegal substances on the property.
︎ No loud music or noise outdoors that may disturb the neighbors.
︎ No pets allowed.
︎ Do not leave any fire unattended.
︎ No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
︎ No moving or rearranging of furniture or appliances.
︎ Ensure not to leave water running unattended, especially in the bathtub.
︎ The garbage cans are positioned at the top of the driveway. If you bring them down, kindly remember to put them back in their original location.
︎ Please do not park any cars on the grass.
︎ The front door must be pulled closed to lock!
︎ A good time must be had by all.

Sleeps 16 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 18. Additional guests beyond 16 will incur a fee of $50 per person per night.

Please note that there are security cameras outside in front and back of the house for the home and your safety.

It is also important to note that during your stay, natural events like power outages or adverse weather conditions such as heavy snow and ice may occur due to our mountainous location and we have no ability to take immediate action.

Due to the steep incline of our driveway, I kindly advise against driving down it when there is snow or even a slight presence of ice. Its quite steep, so it can be tricky to go down and even harder to come back up. Unless your vehicle has 4-wheel drive and excellent tires, it's best to avoid driving down the driveway.

However, we do have a designated parking area at the top of the driveway where 2-3 cars can park. This area ensures convenience and avoids any risk associated with driving down the incline during winter conditions.

We are pleased to provide complimentary early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability if there are no same-day check-ins or check-outs. You may request early check-in or late check-out one day prior to your arrival or departure. If early check-in or late check-out is essential, we recommend booking an additional day to ensure availability.
