This 6-bedroom house, close to the oceanfront, is perfect for family retreats. Each room boasts a TV, and there's ample communal space for all, including a dog. Ground floor offers 2 bedrooms, a fully-equipped game room, and a wet bar that leads to the pool and hot tub area. 2nd floor features 3 king bedrooms, a relaxation zone with entertainment, & laundry facilities. Charisma beach house worked out great for the 3 families that went. We had 12 guests (6 adults/6 kids/1 dog) total. There was plenty of space for all. The rooms were spacious and kitchen well equipped with plates/pans/etc. The layout of the house allowed the kids to have their own space and the adults to have theirs. It is very close (within a block) of the ocean, which was great! Having a pool and hot tub was also a nice bonus. There is also ample deck space. I enjoyed sitting on the upper deck each morning looking at the ocean and seeing the sunset from the other side in the evenings. There's plenty of small stores/shops around to get items when needed. You do have to drive 20-30 min to get to a big grocery store, but I knew that when booking in Rodanthe. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy time in OBX!
