Nearly 4,000 square feet home just 2 minute walk to beach. - Lots of space for a large family groups.

House is actually 2 houses that where combined. - There is a 1 story section and a newer 2 story section that was added later. - House also sits on 2 full lots which allows for the over sized swimming pool.

Dining area seats 16 guests which is awesome for those big family dinners.

House also has 4 full baths.

So, as for the layout the 1st floor has 2 traditional king bedrooms, the bunk room (sleeps 4 kids), 3 full baths, kitchen, living area, and dining area. - The 2nd floor has an additional 3 king bedrooms, a full bath, as well as 2 additional sitting areas.

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund if Canceled 90 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 90 days we will refund any difference we were able to re-rent property.
