In collaboration with West Coast Bach, we provide enhanced services such as balloon arches, photo backdrops, marquee letters, bubbly/tequila bars, fridge stocking, charcuterie boards, and even cabana boy services. Our goal is to streamline your preparations and create a dreamy setup for your event. ☆ Hot Tub: The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, it can be heated from the backyard it takes about 30 minutes to get to 100-102 degrees.

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $100 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it.

☆ Maintenance: Our pool technician cleans our pool Monday and Thursdays. Our landscaper comes once a week every Monday morning. Walk up trash service is taken Wednesday mornings. All services are for your added convenience and will not bother you throughout your stay.

☆ Desert living: This home and many homes in Palm Springs are located in the desert, sand is around, sand flys when windy. When windy the pool does catch some sand. Our pool cleaner always tries his best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand my be in the pool.

☆ Pet friendly: We are pet friendly at a fee of $75 per pet, per stay. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. No pets are to be left unattended in the home. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints.

• Loud music, rambunctious parties, streets filled with cars parked in front of neighbors homes and driveways are prohibited by County Ordinance and will not be tolerated
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID
• Renters and their guests should park in the garage, driveway or directly in front of the property to avoid ticketing. Max 4 cars
• Per the city rules, we are able to accommodate 6 overnight guests over 13 years old and 2 overnight guests 12-years-old and younger for a total of 8 guests.
• Quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m
• All dogs are to be on leashes whenever they are in unenclosed areas. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints. Dogs are not permitted in pool
• Exceeding the occupancy limit could result in expulsion from the rental, fines, or both
