Amazing 2 bed 2 bath cabin, located on a lovely private landscaped lot with a beautiful creek of its very own. Enjoy the community pool, take a walk in nature, or sit on the porch swing & enjoy the peace and quiet as the sounds of birds sing while you sip your coffee! Soak in the hot tub after a day exploring and cuddle in front of the fireplace before drifting to sleep dream of the next day's adventure! Located minutes from Smoky Mtn National Park, Soaky Mtn Water Park & other attractions.
Our cozy and super cute cabin is located in Eagle Springs Resort which features many great amenities such as a pool, picnic areas and grills, nature trails and hikes, and numerous creeks, including one beside the house on our property.
This peaceful sanctuary features a deck with a hot tub, Swing & Rocking Chairs to enjoy the pleasant sounds of nature. Inside you will not find a more cozy cabin that makes you feel right at home the moment you enter the front door! It features 2 Bedrooms, both with King Beds and 2 bathrooms. The loft area upstairs has been converted into a perfect play / sleeping area for kids with 4 Full Beds, each with it's own private entrance for privacy, as well as a Pack ‘n Play, TV, and pull out sleeper sofa.
The property has Smart TVs, fireplace (decorative only), breakfast bar, and en-suite bathrooms.
The kitchen has everything that you need to prepare and cook at home, including Cooking basics, dishware/flatware, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and ice maker.
Also you will enjoy the Free WiFi, keyless entry, central A/C, ceiling fans, linens/towels, washer/dryer, iron/board, hair dryer, high chair, as well as a complimentary starter pack of toiletries, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Thank you for booking our Cabin! I hope you are excited about your trip to the Smokies and the Golden Grizzly Cabin! Here is your check-in information: -Check-in anytime after 4 pm, the door code is 9445. -Check out is 10:00 am -The address is 1627 Eagles Springs Drive, Sevierville, TN 37876 -Free Wi-Fi is also provided during your stay: Wifi Name:: GoldenGrizzly Wifi Password : Goldilocks3G Additional things to know: -We have a drip coffee maker/Keurig Combo - coffee not provided. -The hot tub might not be completely "hot" when arriving at 4 pm, because we drain, clean and refill it and it takes several hours to reach a higher temperature. -The nearest grocery store is Kroger in Pigeon Forge, about a 10 minutes drive. Please visit our website at https://beyondexpectationspm.com/area-guide/ for a full list of restaurants, activities, and other things to do for the area! Let us know if you need anything and have a wonderful stay! Did you forget your toiletries or paper products?? We provide enough paper products and supplies to last a day or two in case you forget to bring some with you. We do not provide coffee, salt, pepper, cooking oil and trash bags. You will need to bring or buy them. *** DO NOT flush feminine products or wipes down the toilet. Due to past issues from guests, there will be a $250 fine to anyone caught doing this since it causes the toilet to overflow, which means we have to call out a plumber and a cleaner to get it fixed and cleaned up. COMMUNICATION If you need anything during your stay, below are some avenues to communicate: Email Diana, through your booking site Text/call Misty Mon-Friday 8am-5pm (865)-279-5295 Weekends and after 5pm: Call Alyssa or Vilma at (865) 279-5295 (Please note texting is not available at this number on weekends or after 5pm). All calls after 9pm, will be returned the next day. For Maintenance Emergency, after 9pm, please call/text 865-562-9008. We kindly ask that you reserve calls after 9pm for emergencies only (No water, No Electricity, No heat during winter months, No AC during Summer months, Leak, Lock out, fire, etc...). All other calls will be handled the next business day. *Please note the following items are not considered emergencies: TV not working or remote needing batteries, fireplace not working, toilet not flushing (if you have more than one bathroom), hot tub not working, and other such items. Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before your stay begins. 50% refund up to 2 weeks before stay, and no refund if canceled within 14 days of stay. All refunds may be subject to a 4% credit card fee.

-We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day. -Quiet hours (12:00 AM-7:00 AM) -Ring doorbell device (facing away from house) -Stairs required to access, bedrooms/full bathrooms on 1st floor, grab rail in bathroom -Driveway will accommodate 2 vehicles -All late check-outs have to be pre-approved 24 hours in advance or a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.
