Getting around

You may cart, bike, walk, or drive to everything Sandestin Resort has to offer! Everywhere within the resort grounds has designated golf cart parking but you are also free to drive your own vehicle.

-When you get to one of the two Sandestin gates your name will be on the guest list for security.

Golf cart key is located in the lockbox inside the porch to the right of the screen door.

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

No more than 8 people on property including infants.

House Rules

-Renters must be at least 25 to rent the unit. Sandestin has mandatory quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM and they are enforced by property security.
-Signed golf cart waiver and rental agreement required in order to operate the golf cart and use the property.
-No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.
-No smoking.
-No parties or events
-Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Payment Policy

50% of the reservation is due at booking. 100% full payment is due 30 days prior to reservation.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We know things happen, please reach out if you need to cancel. You will get 100% back what you've paid, minus credit card fees we paid to process your payment, if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival. If canceling between 15 and 30 days before arrival, you will receive 50% of what you've paid, minus credit card fee we paid to process your payment. There is no refund canceling within 14 days of arrival.
