Susie’s place was an excellent place to stay in Destin! The Sandestin resort community is very clean and safe, provides beach access and there is plenty to do near by. Susie’s place was a perfect size for our family of 4. It was spacious and each child had their own bedroom. It was nicely decorated with beach and coastal vibes and very clean and comfortable. The golf cart was perfect for going to the beach, Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard. We would definitely stay again at Susie’s place!

We had a great time at Susie's bungalow. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The golf cart was a huge hit with my family. Made things so convenient...trips to restaurants, coffee, and to the beach. The neighborhood is nice and has a lot of shops and restaurants. We don't golf but if you do, this is the place to rent as there is a golf course right on the property. The swimming pool is less than a block away, we only used it twice. The pool is small but great for sunset/nighttime swims. Susie has beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach towels. It made things so easy for us to go to the beach vs renting chairs. Would def recommend!

Susie’s home was perfect. Absolutely beautiful. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could need. Kids enjoyed the beach toys. We used the golf cart daily. The area had everything we could need within driving distance. Absolutely perfect location. And peaceful at night.

Susie’s bungalow was the perfect place for a family vacation for our 3 generations. Space to watch the Super Bowl, play at the pools, relaxation, a Mardi Gras parade at the Wharf, beach time and many great memories. I would definitely come back again. Thanks Susie!

This was by far the best place we have stayed in Sandestin resort thus far. The bungalow subdivision where our bungalow resided was quiet and very safe. Once we got there we never used the car. Used the golf cart and bikes the whole time. The home was amazingly clean and upgraded. Even with the option for pets there was no pet smell or dirty furniture. Susie was very responsive! We will be back!! *For anyone who may not know this place does reside in the Sandestin Resort!

House Rules

-Renters must be at least 25 to rent the unit. Sandestin has mandatory quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM and they are enforced by property security.
-Signed golf cart waiver and rental agreement required in order to operate the golf cart and use the property.
-No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.
-No smoking.
-No parties or events
-Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Payment Policy

50% of the reservation is due at booking. 100% full payment is due 30 days prior to reservation.

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

We know things happen, please reach out if you need to cancel. You will get 100% back what you've paid, minus credit card fees we paid to process your payment, if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival. If canceling between 15 and 30 days before arrival, you will receive 50% of what you've paid, minus credit card fee we paid to process your payment. There is no refund canceling within 14 days of arrival.
