Family townhouse located in Regal Palms Resort, an exclusive community offering a quiet retreat with; tropical swimming pavilion with waterslides, jacuzzi, and lazy river; Day spa; Ice-cream parlor; Restaurant; Sports Bar; Games area; Volleyball court; Gym; and a 24-hr dedicated concierge desk. Home has two ensuites + two more bedrooms, equipped kitchen, Free Wifi; 4K HD smart TV (Netflix included). 9 miles-Disney, 23 miles-Orlando&Airport, and 16 miles – Kissimmee. No additional fees. The resort fee of $20(+tax)/day/household charged by the Resort to access the club facilities is already included in our price. This includes unlimited access to the pools, water slide, lazy river, hot tub, gym, sand volleyball court, children's play area, outdoor hot tubs, steam room, sauna, fitness center, daily pool towels etc. With just over 1400sq ft; villa 417 LaMirage, has a living/dining room with adjacent kitchen which provides the perfect setting for a family to spend quality time cooking together or to sit and watch Netflix on our 4K HD smart TV, use your enjoy a cool drink at the end of a busy day, before heading to the pool, water slide or lazy river, just a 3- minute walk away. There is a bedroom downstairs with its own bathroom. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an en-suite. There are 2 other bedrooms upstairs with 2 single beds each for the kids; with a bathroom to share.

Pets – we do welcome household pets but there is a limited of 2 per household. Maximum size permitted is 10Kg each. Pets must not be of a restricted, vicious, or aggressive breed as defined by the Florida statutes. You must inform the reception about your pets when you check in. All pets, including cats must be kept on a leash. You must clean up any excretions after your pets.

This property was beautiful and exactly what our group was looking for. Our kids loved the pool area and would come out looking like prunes every day 😀. My daughter was really sad to leave. Next time we are in Florida, we will totally look up this property again:)

Very nice place. Clean and well maintained. They are well prepared for kids visiting, had water tubes, floaties, little blow up for babies, strollers. Very easy to get to the parks. Coming home after a long day, around 20 Mins. Pool area is great, my grandson had a blast on the water slide. We would go back for sure.

Enjoyable Stay

An enjoyable and comfortable unit. Priced well, very clean, plenty of space. Roku TVs were a nice touch in each room. The water pressure upstairs could strip the paint off a car, in a good way! The resort itself was good. Restaurant surprisingly good, pool nice, "community" felt ok. Publix being near-by was nice. I have no complaints about this entirety of the experience.

Palms Resort & Spa-Resort

The property was clean and spacious. Everything we needed was available. The location to the theme parks was perfect. We were able to enjoy the pool area everyday. The onsite Restaurant and arcade was a plus. Definitely a home away from home.

Very nice accommodations

Overall, very nice, especially for the price. There is a few things that could have made it perfect, such as: not all the bedrooms had ceiling fans and they need them, tubs did not have mats or rubber stick ons, almost fell in tub twice, ended up putting hand towels down so it wouldn’t be so slippery. Two of the tubs drained very slow, and we had to buy toilet paper since they left what was on each roll.

Unforgettable

This property was ideal for us. There was plenty of space, we wanted for nothing. They even made sure that certain toiletries and essential items were available from our late arrival. To me two very important things were the proximity of the property to all the amenities plus mist if not all other available properties did not include the fees for the use of all amenities. All the bedrooms were spacious and nicely decorated. There were also plenty of bathrooms and the kitchen had a modern look and style with stainless steel appliances. Tv's in all rooms added to stay. We did not spend a lot of time there but when we did it was more than adequate and comfortable. There was a large supermarket minutes away and all the main attractions were within easy reach. We would stay there again no problem.

FABULOUS VACATION

This home was outstanding - clean, well-stocked, organized and plenty of room. We were here for a month and had family coming and going through out - everyone loved it. The home is exactly as pictured and described - clean and comfortable with so many extras - pack & plays, pool noodles, floats, strollers, plenty of towels and pillows. And the owner and management staff are the best. I wish every VRBO owner/manager were as responsive as these people were. We had two minor issues and the manager was there in 15 minutes. Then there's the resort - the pool, water slide, lazy river, and arcade made for so much family fun. The resort staff were also very helpful and responsive. And it is located close to so many activities, restaurants and shopping. Theme parks are maybe a half hour away. Our family had such a wonderful time at this resort we are already planning to return next year.

Place was pretty nice. Had everything we needed at the resort. The only thing I didn’t like about the unit was having to keep the a/c on 72 degrees. I like my house chilli. It was rather hot in the unit.

Great family vacation

Great property and amenities

We stayed 2 weeks as a large family and it was wonderful! We had access to resort amenities like pool, and lazy river. Enjoyed the arcade, ice cream parlor and food offerings. The townhome itself was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Near theme parks but far enough away that there wasn’t too much traffic, wifi was sufficient for work and leisure. Highly recommend this place and the owner. Thank you for your hospitality!

As a familr we loved travelling every year to various parts of the world; we have cruised the Norwegian fjords, travelled to the mountains of Morroco, swam in the beaches of the Caribbean, walked in rice paddies in Bali, travelled to Australia, Dubai, Singapore, We bought our townhouse years ago as we all fell in love with Florida. We have beautiful memories with our kids, family and friends staying at 417 La Mirage and visiting the various parks and places in Florida. House Rules

On checking in, you MUST register at the front desk. The resort fee of $20(+tax)/day/household charged by the Resort to access the club facilities is already included in the costs. This will give you and your family unlimited access to the pools, water slide, lazy river, hot tub, gym, sand volleyball court, children's play area, outdoor hot tubs, steam room, sauna, fitness center, daily pool towels etc.

This is a self-catering home and only basic toiletries are provided for your arrival and you will need to purchase extra for your stay. If you do plan to cook, the necessary utensils are provided but you will need to purchase your own spices, condiments, food and additional supplies as required. There is a Publix supermarket within walking distance and Wal-Mart a short drive away.

Check-in is any time after 4pm.

On arrival at Regal Palms Resort you MUST register at the reception.

If the WiFi malfunctions, simply unplug it for a few minutes, it should reconnect automatically after plugging it in again.

If you have a Netflix account, you can use it in the smart TV in the living room.

Please note; which you will appreciate; in order to maintain our high standards, we change the quilts from time to time, so the one there on your arrival may not be the exact ones depicted in the photos.

Pets up to a maximum of 10 kg are allowed. A one-off fee of $150 is charged. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed at any one time. Please contact me if your requirements are different from these stated. Pets must be house - trained and are not allowed on furniture or in beds. Please dispose of any waste from your pets in the home and in community. Please clean up any hairs or any other wastes from your pets prior to your departure. Please bring your own waste bags and bowls as these are not provided. As per community rules, pets are to be always kept on their leash. Any violations of these pet rules could result in loss of your security deposit.

For guests without pets we do use professional cleaners but cannot guarantee absolute allergen - free.
No smoking, no parties or events.

Payment Policy

We require a 10% deposit to reserve your dates. Full payment is required 10 days prior to arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

This is to ensure that the house is kept and left in a good state with no damage. This will be refunded after a favorable inspection by our local property manager.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled 30 days before arrival, 50% refund if canceled 14 days before arrival and 25% refund if canceled before 7days. No refund if canceled within 7 days of arrival.
