Events
● Absolutely no events are to be hosted at Lohi Lake House without permission from the owners.

Restrictions
● Visitors are restricted during your stay, and absolutely no overnight visitors are allowed.
● The number of people on the premises is limited to the number of people registered during booking for the Lake House.

Damages
● Guests are fully responsible for all damages and losses to Lake House amenities, hot tub, paddleboards, kayaks and other equipment, however, caused.
● All damages to Lohi Lake House property and/or malfunctioning equipment are to be reported immediately.
● Lohi Lake House and its owners will not, be held liable for any damages, injuries or losses incurred by our guests while on our premises or while operating using kayaks, canoes or swimming

Noise
● For the enjoyment of all concerned, music played outside our Lake House should be kept at a reasonable volume — in consideration for other residents.
● ALL QUIET FROM 1: OO pm TO 8:OO am. Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time.

Cleanliness
● Thank you for your thoughtfulness and consideration in leaving the home (inside and out) clean and tidy, as it was upon your arrival.
● Insects and wildlife are a part of northern Ontario summers. Please discourage them by keeping doors closed.
● To simplify the inventory process, please return any kitchen items back to where you originally found them.

Garbage & recycling
● Please minimize garbage if possible and separate your garbage and recycling in the bins provided. Additional information provided in our welcome guide.

Septic system
● Please do NOT flush any items other than toilet paper down the toilet. Trash cans are provided in all washrooms for paper towels, tissue, tampons, pads, hair, etc.

Campfires
● Before starting a fire ensure there is no ban on for outdoor fires
● Keep the fire in the fire pit, and at an average height.
● Keep an eye on the fire and DO NOT leave it unattended.
● Before walking away, make sure the fire is out and the ashes are cold.

Waterfront
● NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY - THIS IS AN UN-SUPERVISED AREA
● Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian, not less than 16 years old at all times
● NO running on or diving off of dock
● While swimming and boating, be cautious of boat traffic
● Never swim alone or at night
● All water activities are at the users' own risk
● Do not bring glass containers
