Open and inviting large single family home with 100% private indoor heated pool inside of the house and a beautiful pool table. Fit the entire family in here or a group of friends. Our home has a large stone fireplace in living room and 6 bedrooms. There is a beautiful dining area and full kitchen. We have a gas grille in with a backyard patio area and a year-round fire-pit. Super close to North Conway Village, outlets, Cranmore & Attitash. Private setting but close to everything!
This house is unique because of the year round indoor heated pool set at 83 degrees. The house sleeps 16 comfortably. Large living room with fireplace and full size kitchen/dining area. Game room with pool table leading to outdoor patio and fire pit.

House Rules

Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours. - NO RENTERS UNDER 25 - No smoking in the house. - Pets must be approved and there will be an additional cleaning fee for this. - Rental agreement will be provided with more specific rules and information. - Children are not allowed in the pool unless they are being supervised by an adult. - Guest is responsible for washing, drying and putting away all dishes, pans, utensils. - Guest is responsible for cleaning the barbecue grill if they used it. - Do not touch the gas stove adjustments. If adjustments are touched, stove will shut down and guest will be responsible for the service fee. - Quiet time is from 10pm-9am - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated. - No food or drink by the pool ***An additional $100 pet cleaning fee will be charged for 1 (one) dog and $150 for 2 (two) dogs. No more than two dogs are permitted at our home. This fee will be charged via airbnb as your trip date gets closer.***No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 4:00 PM

Cancellation Policy

Refund for cancellation will be refunded to guest 30 days before check in date provided that the house is re- rented at the same rate and same amount of day as the original reservation. Refund will be issued to guest once payment is received from new rental

Notes

Due to new noise ordinance in N. Conway, if police are called due to disturbing the peace, the homeowner will be charged a $350.00 fine . This fine will then be charged to the renter via airbnb resolution center. We have had to do this in the past and Airbnb will side with the homeowner as there is a physical ticket issued by the Conway Police. The pool is set at 83 degrees year round. If you request a higher temperature, an additional fee will apply. Dogs are permitted AFTER approval by us. There is an additional $100 cleaning fee charged via Airbnb. Maximum amount of dogs is two (2) which is an additional $150. There will be an additional renters agreement sent after booking is confirmed and must be filled out and signed prior to your arrival.
