Guests can use the entire house, including four bedrooms, living and dining rooms, kitchen, backyard, front yard, and driveway. Garage is locked and guests will not have access.
? House Rules for Your Stay ?
Welcome to our home! We’re thrilled to have you as our guest and want to ensure everyone has an enjoyable and safe experience. Please take a moment to review our house rules before your stay:
General Rules
1. Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please respect these times to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests.
2. No Parties or Events: This is a quiet neighborhood. Large gatherings, parties, or loud events are not permitted. Unauthorized parties will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
3. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM on weekdays. Please be mindful of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
4. No Smoking ?: Absolutely no smoking inside the house. You may smoke outside in designated areas only.
5. No Pets ?: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time. Service animals are welcome.
6. Maximum Occupancy: Up to 10 guests. Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit.
7. No Unauthorized Visitors: Only the registered guests are allowed on the property unless prior permission is given.
Safety & Security
1. Lock All Doors and Windows: For your safety, always lock all doors and windows when you leave the house.
2. Children Supervision: Please supervise children at all times, especially around the jacuzzi and outdoor areas.
Outdoor Spaces
1. Jacuzzi Use ?: The jacuzzi is available for use at your own discretion. No glass containers are allowed near the hot tub. Do not use the jacuzzi if you are feeling unwell or sick.
2. BBQ & Outdoor Dining ?: Feel free to use the BBQ, but make sure to turn off the gas after use. There are air warmers outside, should you choose to spend your late evenings outside. Outdoor TV is also fully functioning and powered by WiFi.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
1. Keep It Tidy: Please treat the home as if it were your own. Clean up spills immediately, and avoid leaving food out to prevent pests.
2. Trash & Recycling: Follow trash and recycling instructions provided. Separate recyclables and take out garbage to the designated bins outside.
Check-Out Procedures
1. Before Leaving: Please turn off lights, lock doors, and set the thermostat to 72°F. Strip used beds and leave linens in the laundry room. Wash your dishes and leave them on the drying rack in the kitchen or in the dishwasher.
2. Report Any Issues: If something breaks or malfunctions during your stay, let us know immediately so we can address it.
We want you to have a wonderful time, but please be respectful of the space and our community. Violation of any house rules may result in additional charges or termination of your stay without a refund.
