Getting around

I would suggest you hire a car if renting Belvedere. You can walk to the beach in 15-20 minutes but there’s so much to do on the island and you don’t want to restrict yourself to activities within walking distances. Also the walk back up to the villa is steep towards the end.

We have our concierge manager that will meet you at the property. Should you arrive at an unsociable hour then you will be given instructions to open the lockbox.

We can sleep 8 assuming 3 people are happy to share the large bedroom with either a king bed and a single or 3 single beds.

Only guests who have booked can stay in the accommodation. Should there be a need for additional guests to stay this will need to be discussed with the owners first. No parties with outside guests. No smokingNo petsNo parties or events

Deposit of 25% to be paid on booking
Remaining amount, including security deposit, to be paid 30 days before arrival

Refundable Damage Deposit

All deposits fully refunded once our concierge manager has checked the property after the guests have left.

Bedroom arrangements. Our villa has 4 bedrooms One has a king bed, one has a double, one is a single and the 4th bedroom can either be a king, a king plus a single or 3 single beds. So the villa can accommodate 8 people but only if 3 people are happy to share the 4th bedroom. It would therefore not suit 4 couples that want separate bedrooms.
