Welcome to Birch Haven! Step into our Beautiful 3 BD 1 BA - clean, convenient and comfortable Mid-century home. Our carefully designed house can accommodate up to 6 guests. Perfect for travelers or families looking to work, relax, and explore Seattle. 15 minutes away from Seattle and 7 minutes away from SeaTac airport or Westfield Mall. Coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants close by.
Enjoy our newly renovated home that has three private bedrooms (with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds) and one bathroom, formal dining area, one parking spot in the garage and one parking space in driveway.

Living room:
Includes 65" Smart TV, internet, a mid-century modern sofa and accent chair to relax in. Netflix and Disney+ for your use. Game table for two and desk for business travelers.

Kitchen/Dining:
Enjoy cooking in our fully-equipped kitchen stocked with coffee, tea, cream, spices and oil, and snacks, allowing you to cook your favorite meals home away from home. Dining room seats up to 6 people.

Bathroom:
Bathroom provides complimentary- shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and basic toiletries.

1st Bedroom:
Queen Bed with a 40" Smart TV and a dresser. High quality linens for a deep relaxing night of sleep.

2nd Bedroom:
Queen Bed and closet

3rd Bedroom:
Two twin beds and small closet

Garage:
Private garage for our guests to park one car. Another car can also be parked in the driveway. Washer and dryer for guests to conveniently use.

Absolutely LOVED staying at Birch Haven. The house was lovely, welcoming, and immaculate. We came to Burien for a family holiday and our kids thoroughly enjoyed the welcoming snack basket. The appliances were easy to use, well by stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable. It was really nice having access to the usable garage. It was also really easy to get into Burien and onto the interstate. Would definitely recommend this location!

Chelsea was more than accommodating and was always quick to respond with any questions or issues that came up. The house is very nice and clean and in a quite beautiful neighborhood and all instructions for the house were very clear and easy to understand. I will definitely book again next time I’m in Seattle.

The beds were very comfortable. The space was roomy and very nicely decorated. We found the dishwasher was not working but there were enough dishes for our two night stay. Chelsea had us leave the dirty dishes for the cleaning person. The cooking supplies are bare bones. Could use a few more pots and pans, salt and pepper were empty. The location was very convenient and overall our stay was very good. Chelsea responded by text in the app within minutes to the questions we had.

We were just trying to be nice and say that we would take care of it, since you were not able to get it to work. We have at least 7 pots and pans at the house, so I am not sure how it is not enough. Maybe you didn’t see it? I love cooking, so I try to have my place set up for people who cook. Nobody else has complained about that. I’m glad you enjoyed the rest of the stay!

Check in was really easy. The location is 15-20 min from the city so it’s not far at all. The house was also easy to find as well. Chelsea was great at communicating and being available for questions. The beds are super comfy as well!

The place was clean and cute. It was an easy check in. Chelsea was quick to respond back and checked in with us. She also left some goodies which was nice. Close enough to downtown Seattle. So we didn’t have to drive too long. We would definitely stay there again.

Well i’ve been to multiple stays and I could definitely say this one definitely became one of my favorite ones. Best thing they added few goodies on the kitchen as well. I see the host does have a good eye for interiors, it was a perfect blend of minimalism and aesthetic. I loved it. Overall we all had a good stay experience in seattle.

We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb’s policy. $300 fine will be charged for violating the rule. 2. [QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM] We expect our guests to respect our neighbors quiet time. 3. [COVID-19 SANITIZATION] Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. 4. [NO SMOKING] If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee. 5. [NO PET] We love those little furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 will be charged. 6. [NO SHOES] We appreciate you helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! 7. [NO ILLEGAL DOWNLOADING] Downloading of copyrighted files is not allowed.
