These rules are in place so we can all be happy campers 1) Pets Policy: * We welcome service animals, please specify the task the service animal has been trained to perform; * An $80 additional cleaning fee is applied per each emotional animal/ pet 2) Protect old plumbing by disposing toilet tissues, paper towel, wipes, and feminine products in the trash can located inside the bathroom; 3) If you decide to use the firepit, please extinguish the fire at the end of each use. Lawn chairs and lawn game must be put back the laundry close after each use; 4) Do not throw garbage down the kitchen sink, there is no garbage disposal; 5) No party, no event, inform host if you have guests or visitors who are not on the reservation at the property; 6) Keep food and beverages contained to avoid insects (ants); 7) No smoking- including vape, incent, candles;No smokingNo parties or eventsCheck-in is anytime after 3:00 PM

Damage Deposit Policy

As a security deposit alternative, houfyProtect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund if cancellation request is MORE than 30 days before arrival date
50% refund if cancellation request is LESS than 30 days and at least 15 days before arrival date
No refund for reservations within 15 days of arrival date
