House Rules

Dear guest ; -Please no (loud outside) noise after 9:00 pm to not disturb the neighbourhood -Tenants are not allowed to touch/change pool pump settings / pool pump valves. -Yes ! You & yours should jump into the pool & have fun (which could cause water overflow..).But if the water level of the pool drops below the drain-skimmer level, you will need to use the water hose to fill the pool so that at least half of the grey tile border is under water. Otherwise the poolpump will not work.. -Please do not move furniture & put everything back in place before leaving. - The three wicker sun loungers may be on the astrological turf & you may also put the wicker sofa set from the game room on the astro turf. Other (sharp legged) furniture will damage astro turf... -Tenant is responsible for emptying the BBQ grease tray/bucket and clean the BBQ after each use (overflowing grease tray/bucket will drip on the pool deck below...). Only use BBQ on upstairs deck away from walls & under open sky. - Please no candles - No smoking inside the house -No more than 3 cars in the driveway / no parking on the grass -Please notify us when you book if you are bringing a boat -Boat trailers are to be stored off side / at marina -Please notify us of any damage that occurred during your stay. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. -No visitors allowed. -Use Gym equipment / bikes/kayaks / boat lift & pool-canal-Bayou (swim) at your own risk. Guests will hold harmless property owners or any third party for the use of the bunkbed. We put in a lot of effort to make it very nice for you.
