Our entire family spent the week in this beautiful home. Our adult children felt at home, loved the large bedrooms, amenities and extremely well stocked kitchen! The grandchildren couldn’t get enough of the pool or ping pong table! The layout of the home was perfect! When the little ones went to bed, we could hang out on the pool level of the home playing games and watching movies. Jennifer was our main contact and I can’t thank her enough for being so responsive when I had questions.

The home is a great set up for families . We loved sitting outside on the patios looking out at the water. We spent lots of time in the pool and especially loved the floaties for relaxing on.

Check in was flawless. Parking was easy..4 cars can fit in the driveway. I don't think you can park on the street. 2 refrigerators.. the upstairs one does make ice. Kitchen offers everything from a kenmore stand mixer, instant pot, crock pot, many pans, and multiple dishes, sharp knives. Beds r comfortable with very soft linens. Kids room offers a bunk bed with the lowerbunk so close to the floor that our 20 months old safely slept in it. There is a portable crib as well. The lighting on the pool at night was beautiful. 2 kayaks r available with life vests for young 7-9 yo kids. We did bring vests for toddlers and adults. Jennifer (the property manager) lives right across the street and responds to every message. She is near, but she lets you enjoy your stay without knowing she Is so close. We had 7 adults and 2 babies and we were very comfortable. The heated pool is the best. The no seems are present so bring bug spray. We had an a+ time. Neighbors r great and friendly. Nice park for the kids is a block away. Walmart is at the beginning of the neighborhood.

We had a party of 11 and stayed with some family for my wedding. They allowed my MOH to check in at 3:00 a.m. which was so great because the other house we had that cancelled wouldn’t allow that. The kids had a blast in the pool every day. There were games and toys for the kids to play with which kept them occupied when they weren’t in the pool. The house was plenty big, even for all of us, we were not packed in at all. She checked in on us to make sure everything was great. The pool is gorgeous, and we spend our time downstairs everyday all day when we were home. Thank you for sharing it with us on my wedding week!

This place is Amazing!!!! I have never been to a place with so many upgraded amenities, a view, etc. We felt so spoiled. Everything was above and beyond when it came to luxury. The owners communication was superb, and they were extremely kind. Definitely recommend and a Must Stay!!!

Excellent location and very roomy for our family of six. The house was very clean and well stocked. The pool was great! We were able to bring our boat and store the trailer in the driveway. The host was very accommodating, and his communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Dear guest ; -Please no (loud outside) noise after 9:00 pm to not disturb the neighbourhood -Tenants are not allowed to touch/change pool pump settings / pool pump valves. -Yes ! You & yours should jump into the pool & have fun (which could cause water overflow..).But if the water level of the pool drops below the drain-skimmer level, you will need to use the water hose to fill the pool so that at least half of the grey tile border is under water. Otherwise the poolpump will not work.. -Please do not move furniture & put everything back in place before leaving. - The three wicker sun loungers may be on the astrological turf & you may also put the wicker sofa set from the game room on the astro turf. Other (sharp legged) furniture will damage astro turf... -Tenant is responsible for emptying the BBQ grease tray/bucket and clean the BBQ after each use (overflowing grease tray/bucket will drip on the pool deck below...). Only use BBQ on upstairs deck away from walls & under open sky. - Please no candles - No smoking inside the house -No more than 3 cars in the driveway / no parking on the grass -Please notify us when you book if you are bringing a boat -Boat trailers are to be stored off side / at marina -Please notify us of any damage that occurred during your stay. Guests will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. -No visitors allowed. -Use Gym equipment / bikes/kayaks / boat lift & pool-canal-Bayou (swim) at your own risk. Guests will hold harmless property owners or any third party for the use of the bunkbed. We put in a lot of effort to make it very nice for you.
