ID for verification You are required to submit a copy of your government ID for all adults on reservation immediately after booking. Your ID needs to be an official government-issued ID (not an ID for a school, library, gym, etc.) that includes a photo of you. Please submit your photo ID through AirBNB message. -Monthly cleaning is automatically scheduled for long term stays. -14 days minimum stay for Quogue Beach access. -No candles inside the house -Before check out, close all doors and windows. -Clean all dishes and utensils used.

Refundable Damage Deposit
Security deposit refunded after the house has been verified by either the cleaning crew or the host to be in without damage or no household items are in need of replacement.
Cancellation Policy
Guests must cancel at least 45 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights
If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
Notes
Quogue Beach access is only for guests staying 14 days or longer which cost approximately $300, this is the policy of the village.

Below are a list of beautiful beaches that does not require a permit or application fee.

Cooper Beach (my favorite), Ponquogue Beach, Tiana Beach and Meshchutt Beach allow day passes by car. The cost is approximately $50 per vehicle per day.
