The place was just as described. Very clean and offered enough room and useful household items for you and your group. Check in was easy and January was very quick responding to any issues. The place is about a 20 minute drive from the beach but there are a few local things to do. The area wasn't rough but make sure you lock your belongs up. Someone stole my wallet and a firearm from my car on the last day of our visit. Overall, definitely will stay here again and I highly recommend this place for your visit to the area.

It is overall a great place to stay!location is a little null considering the bay isn't really fit to even sit beside but the house is wonderful. January is very thoughtful and tries to help in anyway she is needed 9/10 would stay again!

PLEASE NO SMOKING:
There is absolutely NO SMOKING ANYTHING inside the property or on the deck with the front door open. If you smoke outside, please clean up after yourself.

PETS:
We ARE pet friendly (for one disclosed animal). Please pick up after your pet in the yard so it's nice for the next guests.

Please, NO animals on people furniture or in people beds.

An excess of pet hair will incur an additional $75 cleaning fee, deducted from your deposit.

CHECK IN:
4 pm CENTRAL TIME on the first day of your stay.

Upon checking in, if ANYTHING is not up to standard, please let me know IMMEDIATELY so I can correct it. If I don't know, I don't have the opportunity to make your stay awesome.

A quick message to let me know you've arrived and that everything is great with your stay is appreciated.

TRASH:
City trash pickup is TUESDAY and FRIDAY mornings. If your BLUE BIN is full, kindly roll it to the street on Monday or Thursday evening. This is much appreciated and will make your walk from the driveway to the house less stinky!

FOR CHECKOUT (by 10 am on your last day):

No need to strip beds. The housekeeper will handle that!

Check the washer and dryer for your belongings if you did laundry during your stay.

Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it (even a partial load is fine).

Pack up and take home ONLY what you brought with you or bought during your stay. You know what those things are. : )

Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit will be refunded no later than 3 days after the stay ends unless there are damages noted.

Notes

RECORDING DEVICES:
A Ring Doorbell outside at the front door and one at the driveway are installed for added safety and security (yours and mine). I have access to live and recorded video as needed through an app on my phone. There are no other recording devices on the property, but please behave as if there are!

PARKING:
Off-street (driveway) parking can fit up to 4 cars OR a vehicle and a boat on a trailer. There is also space on the street in front of the house. The mulched area to the right of the driveway is for guests in the separate back house.

TV:
There is a Smart TV with loads of apps (but NO CABLE). However, the high-speed WiFi Internet works great if you'd like to sign into your own Netflix or Hulu accounts or use your own device to stream.

GARAGE:
The laundry, beach chairs, and any beach toys (in garage) are shared with guests in the back house (first come, first served).

Locking doors in garage keep both parties safe.
