Total Renovation! Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a large gated community with a private club house located on the beautiful white sandy beach. It has its own snack bar, decks for sunning & sight seeing, pool directly on the beach, + 10 additional pools, 4 heated, shuffle board, Security, 18 hole mini golf (free), just off the patio is a beautiful lagoon winding through the complex.

No Pets, Non Smoking Unit. (smoking inside or a smoke smell will forfeit your deposit) Must be 23 years old to rent the unit.

Queen master suite with pillow top mattress and private bath. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with pillow top mattress. Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. All bedrooms have flat screen TV's. Unit is extended on both top and bottom floors with a beautiful family dining room over looking the lagoon. Gas grill and concrete table on the rear patio. New paint, new linens, new stainless steel appliances, new tile & carpet. 4 flat screen TV's, fully stocked kitchen, Granite Countertops, washer and dryer. Crown molding.

Great place!

We loved this place! It was perfect size for 2 family's! It had everything we needed and more. The owner was very responsive and respectful. And we were just a short walk from the beach as well as heated pools. We will definitely look here first when returning!

Nice place for a family on Pananma City Beach

My family and grandparents had a great time at this house. The house is very new feeling on the inside because it was recently remodeled. I would say it is even better than the pictures show. We really enjoyed being in the Gulf Highlands neighborhood. It was a very easy 3 minute walk to the beach, yet a fairly quiet neighborhood. Much preferred to all the tall high rises along the beach. My kids loved the heated pool, and it was never crowded It was about 2 blocks away, but that was fine. We enjoyed the tennis court across the street. The neighborhood was always nice for a short stroll or bike ride, because it was never very busy. If you want your own house for a good price on Panama City Beach, it would recommend this property.

Came down with my sisters , niece and nephews. We had a great time . Place an location were perfect

Family and I loved the place an location, its just a short walk to the beach . Townhouse had everything you needed. Even beach chairs an toys for the kiddos . Owner was very helpful an responded quickly. Definitely will have to come back here again next time.

Last Summer Blow Out Before School Starts

This is my 4th stay using Fayla's vacation rentals. The properties are always well maintained, clean and comfortable. We had a blast and there is so much in the area to do for entertainment. We are coming back in November to another one of her properties. Highly recommend. Some day I will make it to her rental in Gatlinburg!!!!

Clean, comfortable and close to the beach

This was our first time staying in the middle of PCB and it was wonderful. Proximity to the beach was perfect, we could walk there in about a minute and a half. There is a closet full of beach toys, chairs and an umbrella. Home is very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the keyless entry so that anyone in our group could come and go as needed. Washer and dryer were great to keep our things clean. The kitchen was furnished nicely and we were able to cook anything we wanted there. We were able to swim in the community pool when riptides prevented us from swimming in the Gulf. We had so many things to do, we didn’t even have time to play mini golf there! Evenings were relaxing on the back patio, listening to the frogs in the lagoon. We would definitely love to return in the future.

Girls trip

It was our first time ever visiting PCB and it was amazing! Just a few minutes walk to the beach and a pool across the parking lot was so convenient since we could not swim in the gulf due to a double red flag being used. We will definitely be coming back! Fayla was very responsive when I had questions or concerns.

Graduation celebration

Very nice accommodations. The mattresses were comfortable and everyone had a nice night’s sleep. It was very close to the beach. There was added security with the gated community. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place to others.

Payment Policy

500 reserves your stay and then the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. There is a 300.00 additional damage deposit due. Make arrangements with Fayla to pay that.

Refundable Damage Deposit

If you will write a separate check for the damage deposit. I will just staple it to your rental contract and with no damages at checkout~ the un-cashed check get mail right back to you.
I have Venmo and Cash-ap and you can send the damage deposit that way or mail a check.
100% refundable with no damages and the rental contract is followed.

Cancellation Policy

If you were to cancel your stay, you forfeit what has been.
