Located in a Georgian Grade II listed townhouse, a seven minute walk from Victoria station, in the heart of London and a transport hub (coach, rail, underground); you'll find good connection to all airports, the rest of London, and the UK.

Pierre’s place was just what we needed for our lay over in London. Before arriving, we received clear instructions on what lines to take to get from the airport to the Airbnb. Once there, the location was amazing! So close to Westminster and the London Eye as well as many small restaurants and cafes within the neighborhood. While the room was small and the walls thin, it was a great place to stay for a night and we loved how easy it was to check in and walk from the Airbnb to everywhere we wanted to go.

The accommodation was as clean as expected and matched the photos exactly. The bathroom was always spotless, and most essentials were provided, which helped us pack lighter. The location was the best part – on the last day, we watched Wicked and could head straight home without needing transportation. The host was incredibly friendly, and I appreciated the freedom to use the kitchen. :) Highly recommend!

Es war bereits mein 2. Aufenthalt bei Pierre. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und absolut sauber, optimal für einen Städtetrip geeignet. Wir hatten Probleme mit unserem Zimmerschloss, jedoch war Pierre sofort zur Stelle und hat uns aushelfen können. Er ist sehr gut zu erreichen und absolut hilfsbereit. Das beste AirBnB, dass ich bisher in London hatte! Ich werde definitiv wieder kommen :)

Perfect location for my husband and son who were visiting from Australia and Canada to watch Ipswich Town FC. Walking distance to town and Portman Road. Car parking was a bonus. Friendly hosts and homely apartment. Highly recommended and will stay again. 5 stars !!!!

We are in the royal neighbourhood! (15 min walk to Buckingham Palace, 20 minute walk to Big Ben)
City

Getting around

Citymapper is a great app for getting around, but Google Maps works fine.

Public transportation is excellent in London. Victoria (7 min walk away) is a major hub for transportation - the underground, trains, buses and coaches. There are also buses just outside the door that go to touristic areas. The 24 is an inside tip for a cheaper way to do some sightseeing over the tourist buses, and it stops just outside our place!

You can pay for everything with a tap of a contactless credit/debit card. There is no need to get an "all-day" ticket to save money as it gets calculated at the end of the day and you get charged for the cheapest ticket.

There are also public bicycle stations very nearby.

You may also take a public boat along the river, also nearby (around 10 pounds one way, also with contactless card)!
