Located in a Georgian Grade II listed townhouse, a seven minute walk from Victoria station, in the heart of London and a transport hub (coach, rail, underground); you'll find good connection to all airports, the rest of London, and the UK.This is listed as a shared room - from around 11:00 until 17:00 (but could be until later) the cleaners must use this room as a corridor through to the back, this means you must vacate the room and keep the floor clear during these hours.

Thank you for your interest! We are two houses, with 12 rooms, there are six different types of rooms. Some double rooms have private bathrooms, and some rooms are put together in listings to give you a private bathroom. The whole house can also be rented. Please have a look through our listings :)

Getting around

Citymapper is a great app for getting around, but GMaps works fine. Public transportation is excellent in London - I highly recommend using the buses too. You can pay for everything with a tap of a contactless credit/debit card. There is no need to get an "all-day" ticket to save money as it gets calculated at the end of the day and you get charged for the cheapest ticket. There are also public bicycle stations. You may also take a public boat along the river (around 10 pounds one way, also with contactless card)!

Damage Deposit Policy

Cancellation Policy

Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
