Very convenient. TRAIN: The nearest train station is Newark Broad Street NJ Transit Station and Newark Penn Station. Depending on the train you take, you can take the train straight to NEW YORK CITY (NYC) Penn Station, which takes about 15-20 minutes, or East Orange (5 minutes) Uber/Lyft: If trains and buses are not your thing, Uber or Lyft are other good options. Download the Uber app or Lyft app on your cell phone. It will cost roughly $5-$10 to get to downtown Newark or Passaic,NJ. Its a short 20-minute drive to/from the airport

Payment Policy

Full payment must be within 10 days to due date. All payments must be through Houfy.

Refundable Damage Deposit

There's a $200 refundable security deposit. The security deposit will be refunded after your reservation if there are no major damages.
