This large apt is the upstairs 3 bedrooms of the original house with a bathroom & landing. Nice historic neighborhood near restaurants & entertainment!

This is a Colonial home built in 1928 close to historic downtown Brunswick that was converted into 3 separate private apartments. The only shared area is the front porch, but you have your own sitting area & private entrance. This apt is the upstairs 3 bedrooms of the original house with a bathroom & landing. I made this into a 2br unit with a queen bed in each room. This apt is set up for 4 people in 2 beds.
The living, dining, kitchen & utility rooms are all in 1 room, but it works! Im located in Historic Brunswick Ga near our downtown area, but also between both islands & their beaches. Close to every thing you may want to do in the Golden Isles of Ga! The neighborhood has lots of Colonial homes, historic parks with fountains, streets with huge moss covered oaks. I also have another one-bedroom separate apt in this same home downstairs which will sleep 4 so if you wanted a family get-together type situation or you re coming here for a wedding with a lot of family and friends you might want to book both of them at the same time! Look at the bottom of this listing and you will see the other listings. Close to Jekyll Island (about 25 minutes), St Simons Island (about 15 minutes) & Historic Downtown Brunswick (about 3 minutes, 6-8 blocks) where theres restaurants, nightlife, Historic sights, shopping, festivals, farmers market & more. The Yellow Deli is about 2 blocks away where you can walk & have breakfast or lunch, & they make their own breads! FLETC & hospital is about 10 minutes away, & Airports nearby! Easy access to I 95 North & South, so about 1 hour to Savannah & Jacksonville. Its a perfect place to stay while on vacation, if you have long or short term business, are looking for a home to buy or a long term rental, traveling nurses, snowbirds or you or a loved one is @ FLETC going to training ect. Its much better than a hotel, & a lot cheaper! The apt has a mostly equipped kitchen with a full size stove & oven, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, plastic storage ect. All towels & linen for the queen beds, kitchen & bath are provided as well as bottled water, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, coffee, filter, sugars & condiments ect. The bath has a full tub w/shower. Stays over 89 nights pay NO TAX!
The apartment is decorated in a coastal theme, & has nice Colonial features! Washer & dryer included as well, with soap & bleach! All utilities & wireless internet is included, including a 52 tv with Dish satellite tv & Comcast high speed wireless internet 600 mbps, & a Amazon fire stick! Nice cozy porch downstairs with shade cloths, couch & love seat. You have your own designated seating area in front of your units door & a shared grill. I also provide a set of shared golf clubs so you can practice your chip shot in the park across the street. On stays over 28 nights I dont provide amenities like paper towels, toilet paper, clothes, body & dish soap, paper plates, trash bags ect. I do supply basic cleaning supplies, pots, pans, plates, silverware ect. Lets discuss!

**Possible pet allowed, but:
*$40 pet fee, limit 2, paid upfront. They must be on regular flea treatment. When you request to book let me know how many & what kind. You must pay up front for pets! CRATING YOUR PET PREFERRED when gone!
*Dog CANNOT be a meanie/barker/whiner/destroyer or it will disturb other people or pets that stay/live here, & Ill have to ask you to leave w/no refund, or board your dog...(YOU KNOW YOUR DOG)
*Pets HAVE to be on continuous flea treatment
*You MUST bring min 2-4 sheets to cover furniture with & your own doggie towel for drying a wet doggie. Dont wash their linen in my washer & dryer.
*Yard is small & isnt fenced, but theres a lg park across the street & doggie bags in drawer in kitchen.
*All dogs &/or puppies must be completely house trained.


Other things to note:

*Please pay in full. If you need to split the payment please let me know, & I will send a separate invoice where you can pay 50% of total charges upfront then other 50% within 15 days of arrival. If arriving 15 days or less payment must be made in full. YOU MUST FOLLOW THE CANCELLATION POLICY, or whatever paid is NON REFUNDABLE.

*PLEASE text me after check in (after 4) & let me know how you like it & text me @ checkout (before 11) so Ill know when to come clean.

*This is a port town, & we are located near the ports & waterfront so there is some noise & traffic from that, mainly mon-fri 9-5. Theres railroad tracks about 3 blocks away, & traffic noise from trucks about 1 block away. It is sporadic but there may be some noise daily!

*EVERYONE READ HOUSE MANUAL!

*THIS IS A MULTI FAMILY OLD HOME, so PLEASE keep noise down & do not disturb other occupants! I would hate to ask ANYONE to leave because of their noisy pets, kids, guests ect, but I HAVE to think of my other guests happiness as well! I want to make sure EVERYONE enjoys their stay! NOISE TRAVELS thru the hardwood flooring, in the stairway & w/heavy footsteps & kids & pets running up & down the stairs. BOOKING PAYING PERSON IS RESPONSIBLE PARTY!

HOUSE RULES, LEASE & INFO.
**Read this "HOUSE RULES, LEASE & INFO" in its entirety, because not knowing something can cost you your deposit or a eviction. I hope you will enjoy staying here, but its a multi family home & I want to make sure ALL my guests are happy!
*This is a legal binding agreement, & your payment means you agree to all provisions. The lease is for the exact dates you paid for, how many people you said were coming, & how many pets you paid for up front as well (limit 2 quiet pets). BOOKING/paying PARTY IS RESPONSIBLE PARTY.
*Check in is @ 4pm, check out is 11am. I wont disturb you, but if you have any questions, comments or concerns just let me know!
*I have lots of info on foyer table of places to go & things to see, & restaurant info in booklet in house manual on coffee table. Everyone staying here MUST read the house manual, as its for the benefit of everyone under the roof! .
• This is a multi family home. Please keep noise from friends, family & pets to a minimum inside & out or you may be asked to leave w/NO REFUND, if anything causes issues with other tenants & guests (SERIOUSLY, ITS HAPPENED BEFORE) by not following these house rules. Its not a party house! Smoking outside only, no cigars on porch & dont throw butts on the ground. No fires, & use your designated porch sitting area only. No profanity, rude behavior or public drunkenness. No underage drinking, 21 is the legal limit in Ga. • Text me when you arrive (& let me know what you think) & when you check out (by 11 am) after starting the load of white linen.
• Start ALL the WHITE linen ONLY (bath & kitchen towels, sheets), that you used in washer, soap in cabinet above washer WITH BLEACH. Check shower & behind doors! Clean dryer filter after each use! DONT wash any other rugs, blankets, quilts, dog sheets or dog towels, ect!
• PETS allowed, limit 2 & theres a $40 fee that must be paid & you HAVE to let me know your bringing them. No barkers, whiners or destroyers allowed. NOISY PETS WONT BE TOLERATED! You know your dog, and dogs that constantly whine or bark are a disturbance to others living here! Extra cleaning fee of $25 per hour if there's hair, pet mess or anything major to clean up. Pet towels for drying wet doggies in utility closet on water heater. Dont put in wash w/with my good linen! Pet gate in utility closet if you want to put across stairs. Doggie bags in top drawer by window, please use the park across the street & pick up after your pet! Crating recommended, bring your own crate. I WILL KEEP ENTIRE $100 DEPOSIT &/or evict for unpaid pet fees, noisy or vicious pets & if no notice of bringing a pet.
• Max limit in this unit is 6 visiting, 4 sleeping at any one time. Im very serious about not overloading my units, paying extra guest & pet fees & following house rules, so PLEASE dont book with intentions of NOT abiding by the rules!
• Dont take out trash unless over flowing, I generate trash cleaning unit.
• Please recycle, there's info in booklet on coffee table & you can drop it in can by front door or in big container that says recycling behind gate. Plastic “Walmart” type bags go in bag in utility closet in landing. Big green trash cans & lg blue can for recycling behind gate on left side of house.
• Please be conservative with AC! KEEP FRONT DOOR & WINDOWS CLOSED, it takes awhile to cool upstairs down! This is a old home that isnt energy efficient. It will never get “real cold” on real hot days & the hottest summer months it may be a bit warm inside for a few hours if temps gets real hot for a long time outside. There is nothing I can do about this. It will cool back down! Run ceiling fans for extra airflow. Dont set AC below 73 & heat above 68. AC preferred @ 75, & may freeze up if set too low, & you'll have NO ac. Turn off lights & fan when not in use! Don't leave AC on w/doors or windows open. Leave AC or heat on “AUTO”, not “ON”.
• Please rinse off sand, dirt ect from shoes, gear, body, pets & feet before coming inside house. Hose out front! Large rag towels for wet doggie ect in utility closet on water heater.
• PLEASE dont use wet vac for a wet pick up without first removing filters, & dumping container. Please rinse, wipe dry & reassemble.
• Use ONLY the “SCOTTS” toilet paper I have provided, & dont flush anything except human waste & my brand tp in toilet! NO DISPOSABLE WIPES of any kind in toilet! This is a old plumbing system & I dont need trouble!
• Clean up after yourself, dont leave dirty dishware ect in sink, clean up spills ect. Leave a note if anything was used up, broke or not working!
• Dont remove makeup with washcloths, I have makeup removing towelettes in bathroom. No coloring your hair, old porcelain will stain!
* Dish satellite is the tv & internet provider is Comcast @ 600 mbps. Sometimes they go out, so let me know! I cant control their outages, & sometimes its just for a few minutes. Stream from internet if DISH is out from weather. If it doesnt come up I have to have a reset sent to the main box downstairs. Be patient...I will get you back up asap. I just installed a fire stick with Alexa Voice! So now if you have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime or Roku you can sign into your own acct & watch movies ect. Password is 12345. Dont save “your” password!
• Park on street in front of house on either side in the direction of traffic. Dont park on grass! Lock doors & roll up windows. Keep valuables out of site, as theirs foot traffic on the road out front.
• I have 2 other vacay units, they are on my business card if you'd ever like to come back please pick one up! Ones downstairs & is a 1 br unit, the other is a lg studio on a tidal creek & marsh up by FLETC. You can book directly with me & save booking fees! *This place isnt “just a drab hotel room”, its something special & unique, with a ton more to offer! I expect you & your guests to treat my place as the special place it is. . You can book with credit card instantly, just fill out booking info & it will send to me and automatically block your dates. There is a 4% credit card fee. If you want to avoid the credit card fee you can send me an inquiry BEFORE paying and pay with ZELLE (free, preferred & immediate), which is in your banking app. Payment is bank to bank. You can pay with a check as long as you pay your $100 deposit up front w/credit card to block your dates and mail the remaining amount via check within 12 hours of booking. Check must clear my bank 15 days before arrival. If you want to pay either of these 2 ways send me a text (quickest) or email & I'll adjust your total & send you my payment details. Please send details about why your coming...work or play, ect? READ LEASE/HOUSE RULES AGREEMENT, & PAYING MEANS YOU AGREE TO EVERYTHING INCLUDING CANCELLATION POLICY. *A VALID GOVT ISSUED ID MUST BE PROVIDED @ BOOKING, of person booking & must match name on debit card, pay app, check or credit card. Take a pic & email or text it to me when you book. NO BOOKING WILL BE ACCEPTED without matching ID.

*TAXES: Unfortunately there's taxation on your booking. Theres a 6% tax I have to collect on bookings less than 89 nights.. Theres nothing I can do, & I DONT LIKE TO PASS IT ON, but I have to.

Refundable Damage Deposit
$100 deposit is a reservation deposit then a damage deposit. It is refundable within 3 days of check out as long as rent is paid in full, & theres no issues or damage. There maybe a 4% ($4.00 fee when returning deposit due to credit card processing return fee.

There may be a few cars parked in the circular drive, you'll see the space in front of the white picket fence on left side of the house. PLEASE text me upon arrival & let me know what you think & at departure after starting a load of all the white sheets sets, towels, & kitchen towels in washer, using soap & bleach from cabinet above washer.
