Recently renovated sunny, south facing Admiral’s Row unit new to the rental market with an easy walk to beach or pool with an ocean view. Our balcony has new furniture and a relaxing view of the Atlantic Ocean and Folly Field Beach. Our living-room, kitchen and dining areas are sunny and bright with views to the ocean and nearby lagoons.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers a world class beach, inspiring sunrises, pickleball and tennis, bike rentals, three pools, two on-site restaurants/bars and fitness center. Our beautiful walking trails, landscaping and natural surroundings provide a rewarding Carolina beach experience. Our second-floor condo has a large balcony featuring an ocean view and the soothing sound of the daily tides. We have a convenient elevator and gated community with 24 hour security. Golfers will have their choice of 33 public and private golf courses to play. We have bike rentals at the resort and miles of paved trails, packed sand beach and Carolina paths to explore (please note, for safety reasons, the resort does not permit electric bikes).

The unit has two private bedrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, dining area and living room with a sleeper sofa, cable TV and free Wi-Fi/internet. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, on-suite bathroom, and cable TV. The guest room has two twin beds, a large closet, and a separate shower/tub bathroom. All linens are supplied including beach towels. The unit has a dedicated HVAC. We have a notebook to introduce you to the features of our villa, the resort and the island.

You will be immediately ready for a spectacular beach day on one of HHI’s most beautiful beaches, which is just a short walk over the boardwalk. Beach chairs, toys, cooler, umbrella and wagon are all provided for the perfect beach day! The beach features incredible sunrises, swimming, body surfing, fishing, walking or biking. The grounds of the resort are perfect for walking, hiking and exploring the flora and fauna. HHI also has 60 miles of paved paths or rent a beach cruiser and check out the miles of beach and trails. Spend time at the Olympic size pool with an ocean view, local live music at Jamaica Joe'z, the oceanfront stand, with casual fare right on the beach. We also have a Cabana and medium size pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas for a romantic afternoon or sunset.

Explore all that Hilton Head Island has to offer. Amazing restaurants of every variety, plenty of retail shopping and low country culture. Enjoy water sports such as a dolphin or sunset cruise, a kayaking expedition, jet skis or a fishing trip. There are world class restaurants and fare from around the world. Visit a marina or harbor and take in the sights, buy fresh seafood or enjoy some low-country Carolina hospitality. Our condominium is in a convenient location for a short ride to any of the islands attractions.

The Admirals Row building has a convenient elevator serving each floor. There are three coin-op washer/dryers on each floor near the elevator. Private parking spaces are available on both sides of the building (the resort charges a small fee through our booking to provide a parking/gate pass). HHBT has a security team that serves the resort 24 hours/day. Our unit is equipped with keyless entry for convenience arriving and departing.

Families, beach lovers, and fans of tennis and pickleball will appreciate the combination of coastal relaxation and active adventures during their stay. At various times during the year HHBT Resort has social gatherings and recreational activities. We encourage families to watch for seasonal offerings for adults and children. Enjoy our resort restaurants, beach bar, ice-cream and daily activities.

We encourage guests to stay for a week, a month or longer. We are open to discussing stays longer than 1 week. Many of our shoulder season guests stay for a month at a time. We are 45 minute drive to Hilton Head/Savannah International Airport, which features convenient access to the beautiful city of Savannah and a short "low-country" ride to Hilton Head Island. We recommend our guests consider visiting Savannah, Beaufort and Charleston. Each city offers charming southern hospitality, a rich history, beautiful architecture, local food and expansive shopping.
