Our property has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone. If this limit is exceeded, the reservation will be canceled without a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy.

House Rules:
1. Reserving guest must be 20+ and present throughout stay.
2. Maximum occupancy: 6 guests, including children.
3. No indoor smoking or pets. $500 fine for violations.
4. No parties allowed - $500 fine.
5. Pool Rules: No diving or glass. Supervise children, use designated towels and floaties. Swim at your own risk; host not liable for injuries or loss. Practice safety and avoid alcohol before swimming.
6. Keep doors closed while AC is on.
7. Keep food and drinks out of bedrooms and living room. Use black towel for makeup removal.
8. The grill must remain on the designated rocks area.
9. A $50 fee will apply for any missing keys.

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance, including the cleaning fee, is due 10 days before check-in. Cancellations made 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A security deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking, along with the full payment including the cleaning fee. The security deposit is refundable upon a satisfactory inspection after check-out.

As a security deposit alternative, Houfy Protect, an upfront nonrefundable low cost property damage protection policy for just $5 per night, is taken at time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable.

- Reservation holder must be at least 20 years old and present throughout the stay. - Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Should you require different arrangements, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. - Please note that the pool is not heated. A pool fence is available upon request. - Please note that pool maintenance is conducted on Tuesdays and Fridays between 9 AM and 4 PM. It will only take about 10 minutes, and your presence is not required. - Beach chairs, umbrella, and toys provided; return after use. - No on-site laundry; Las Olas Laundromat nearby. - Outdoor security cameras; motion-sensitive with night lights. - Experience dolphins and whales in Sea of Cortez from January to March.
