Centrally located 2-bedroom condo in Orlando! Situated just minutes away from all of Orlando's major attractions and venues, you'll have easy access to everything the city has to offer. Located on the first floor of a diverse community, our spacious condo offers a comfortable and convenient stay. The bedrooms are well-appointed, with a king bed in the master bedroom and two bunk beds in the second bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa. Please excuse the mess we are renovating the pipes and asphalt.
The condo features 2 bedrooms, each with a TV, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with a queen sleeper sofa. You can stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi internet and take advantage of the convenience of having a washer and dryer right in the condo. Didn't start well. Wrong instructions: stated Unit B on the right, we were actually booked for Unit A, took a few extra minutes to figure out and get into correct condo. We inspected the beds before sleeping. Beds were made nice, found a needle under the blanket, on the top sheet of one of the bunk beds. Bernard stated the previous renters had left insulin in the fridge and his cleaners must have missed the needle. Also, top bunk sheet had a red juice stain. (luckily we didn't need to use two of the beds). He stated he would not use these cleaners again. Place needs some repairs, Kitchen sink handle tricky to turn on, door stops loose, bathroom door won't shut or lock, etc... some other small things that need up keep. Pros: Good location for Universal and SeaWorld. 1UP arcade game was fun to play. Just used it mainly as a place to sleep and shower (good hot water), and nice to have washer and dryer.

Response:Thanks for the review, Peter. I don't know how it is possible to get the incorrect address as both Airbnb and I sent you the correct unit. I have instructed the cleaner to be more thorough, but the previous guest was very difficult and had to be removed, I sincerely apologize that the condo was not cleaned up to standards.

Bernard is a phenomenal host. We have never had a more attentive, communicative and detail oriented host. He was a pleasure to work with and handled all of our needs quickly and efficiently with as little interference into our trip as possible. The condo is well equipped for families and the theming is fun while also subtle and tasteful. Kids looooved the arcade machine and the bunk beds! The condo is tucked back off the main road and quiet. Location is great, central to so many things- restaurants, shopping and a quick commute to Universal!

Bernard was always very communicative, easy to reach, and answered questions quickly (thank you!). The instructions to do your self check-in were excellent and easy. The place was clean, comfortable, and is decorated and organized for a family with kids (two bunk beds) with plastic under the sheets. The neighborhood (condo) has bad asphalt on the streets. Even when our stay was great, I think it's over priced, overall.

We enjoy traveling. Many times, our travels would take us to Orlando Florida. Sometimes it was for work, personal, or pleasure as we have annual passes to Universal and Disney. Because of this travel, we had an opportunity to stay all over the Orlando area, south for the Disney trips, central for Universal, east for UCF, and west and north for family.

The Orlando area is beautiful, and we decided to invest in the area and get a home where we could stay that was centralized to all our destinations in the area. Since we were not there year-round, we decided to rent it out when we were not there. That’s how it all started. We decided to invest in more homes to rent out via short-term renting. Now I host, co-host, and help other owners with short-term rentals.

Hosting visitors has become a passion. I take great pleasure in providing a great place for them to stay while visiting the Orlando area. Each home is clean and comfortable, with all the items needed for a stay.

Cancellation Policy: Guests who cancel at least 7 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. 100% refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking.
